We can’t recommend Coast Road Furniture enough there was a manufacturing issue with the stitching on one of the sofas we bought. No quibble, replacement sofa ordered, which didn’t match the colour of our existing sofa, to our amazement they had a spare one in case this happened & replaced both sofas.
If you want peace of mind I recommend you try Coast Road Furniture. Big shout out to delivery guys who were brilliant

I think it's downright disrespectful the follow up you have put underneath emma davies comment. I used your shop many times but the last five or six years i have come in i have noticed that speaking to different staff they have given me differing information on your products sometimes the warranty period changes from staff member to staff member and i do recall being told that some of your sideboards are from Yorkshire and Lancashire. I have also noticed how unprofessional the store looks with 3 or 4 members of staff sitting there on their mobile phones. I visited your Prestatyn store before Christmas and there was a young boy sitting on the chair playing a computer game eating a pastry of some sort. That is not a good look. But to answer a review with that comment then shame on you.

As we needed a new king size mattress due to our current one (only 16 months old, made by a top manufacturer and bought from a local bed shop) was causing back problems. After a two night stay in a guest house that we regularly stay at, we both had the best two nights sleep on a Gold Label 1000 mattress. On doing much research, we discovered that very few outlets stock this brand and certainly not local to us in Staffordshire. We contacted Carl at Coast Road Furniture and he was extremely helpful in our quest. We had to wait a little longer because the king size would need to be made to order as it is not kept in stock. The mattress arrived yesterday (still in a quick time frame) and we are delighted with the whole process. The customer service given by Carl and the two delivery men who came, has been nothing but first class. An efficient, friendly and helpful process from our initial contact through to delivery. The actual cost of the mattress was a great price (beat all other quotes) and despite us living over 80 miles from the shop, the delivery charge was amazing value. Many thanks to Carl and the delivery men for your fantastic service and care.

A long established company on Deeside that has always provided an excellent service to the local community. I desperately needed a single devan bed and mattress for my mum to sleep downstairs when my father came out of hospital. I was told if I placed the order by Tuesday the bed would be delivered by that week end. Most high street stores had delivery times of several weeks. True to their word, 3 days after the order was placed the bed arrived and was delivered that same day. My mum was really pleased with it sadly the bed linen hasn't arrived yet so she has not been able to sleep on it yet. There was a slight hiccup with the style if castors fitted by the manufacturer but within an hour and a phone call the problem was resolved. The quality of the bed package was excellent for the money and the choice of fabric colours was extensive. Many thanks for a professional, fast and efficient service.

We had bedroom furniture from this Company. Service and delivery was first class. A big thank you to the delivery lads. They were great. Very easy to order and hassle free.

I ordered dinning set in April staff very helpful took into account my mobility was reduced. After concluding purchase ensured I was able to cross the road safely
Delivery yesterday during quoted time frame table assembled and left were I wanted it.

I bought my bed from Coast Road Furniture and was very pleased with it, so decided to buy a wardrobe too. The doors didn't sit quite right but they had somebody out within a day to come and fix it. Great local company.
