Like everyone else, I ordered a dress on 17 July 2025, received confirmation of order, but to date still haven't received any tracking/delivery notification and not likely to receive the item either.

Ordered dress on 8th Aug not heard a thing since and no dress these companies should be banned from advertising on Facebook

Order placed on the 7th August but never showed up.

No way to contact the company and no reply when raised a dispute.

No way to track order.

Scam Website!

Never received items and you can’t access any person or email you have to fill a form out with an order number that you never receive! They’ve stolen £50 off me twice

Rubbish - never received my order, not even dispatched. If I could leave zero stars review I would’ve.

This company is a scamming site. I ordered a dress on 03/08/2025. I received a confirmation of purchase email. No dispatch notification, no dress and no way of contacting them. Absolutely appalling! Why do Facebook allow these scammers to advertise on their site? I am so angry! I am now pursuing my credit card company for refund

Ordered on the 8th August and no item or messageof update where my item is. can't contact them either want to now where my order is

Total scam!!!! Paid but did not receive the trousers I ordered and paid for…should have read the reviews before placing my order… lesson learnt!

Bought a coat, tracking the item does not work. Still not arrived- it’s been ordered and paid for weeks. Emailed company no acknowledgement or reply. Total bunch of dirty scammers!!!! Do not buy from this company unless you just want to throw money away. Disgusting.

I paid for an item over 2 months ago,still no item and no refund

DO NOT purchase from Coaty.co.uk. I ordered an item on 01.08.25 and received confirmation of order and payment from my bank. I’ve not received the item or had any response from my 2 emails or the dispute I’ve opened up with them requesting a despatch date and now requesting a full refund. I think it’s highly likely that this company may be a scam.
