Buying property in London is never easy or straightforward; more so if it involves a remortgage of an existing property, which I knew nothing about. I had never used a mortgage broker before, but Nigel came highly recommended by my financial advisor. Being communicative, accessible and approachable are extremely important qualities for me when it comes to selecting an advisor, and Nigel is indeed all three. He also does the job a mortgage broker should -- expertly -- taking a huge load off my shoulders. Cobalt are a first rate mortgage broker. They took time to understand exactly our needs for a mortgage and to then research the options for us. Our was not an easy situation where we were seeking a second mortgage with a number of issues inherent in our application. Cobalt made it easy to put the paperwork together and made sure that we were kept informed on the progress of the application at all times. They delivered what we needed through a major bank and we are now on track to complete on the purchase.
