I've spoken to Khalid this morning, he called promptly at the agreed time.
I've always dreaded phonecalls like this because I find them confusing!
Khalid was helpful and explained things so I easily understood and also advised on the best route to take with my businesses energy bills.

Junaid was very helpful in finding me new contracts for all my businesses. For one of my contracts he managed to lock in a deal almost a year in advance and this will save me thousands due to the forthcoming price hikes.
His service was very good and communication via phone or email was very helpful and punctual.
I would definitely recommend this company over and above any random energy company that constantly cold call people looking for quick commission.
Junaid is well trained and knows the industry well and is worthwhile getting in touch with.

The transfer to another energy company…
The transfer to another energy company was a mess. I am paying for two companies now. And when I stopped paying to my old supplier, they said they are going to stop the transfer. Cobana Energy never reply my emails to take care of this mess as they have promised. I am very very unsatisfied.
