COBIO pillow is scam

COBIO is scam, i returned, by 3day mail, tracking, in same pkg, called them w travking, had permission to return the 2 overpriced, awful rolled up pillows, the same way sent to me.
i only received partial refund $143 .09 on visa.
months later COBIO keeps recharging visa card $143.09 to steal back my partial refund. thinking i didnt notice or that visa wont stop their fraud chg. DO NOT BUY ON LINE.
GO TO STORE AND BUY.
this 2nd post warns is to warn COBIO will recharge your visa, after they refund all or part ur $.
i get new card.

11 months and I never got my order

I never got my order; over $300.00 I have emailed many many times for 11 months. I always get the same Chinese robot translated reply that they are sorry and my order will be shipped immediately. Heck I even got an email from their owner saying how sorry they were for the delay but still no product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE NOT A REAL COMPANY, CHINEESE CROOKS!!!!!

I didn’t give up. I dragged it out for months — and when they couldn’t stall anymore, they literally shut down the email server they’d been using to talk to me. 💀

Meanwhile, their website contact form? Still works. Convenient.

Wild experience. Maybe just… don’t. 👀

If I could give coBIO 0 stars I would. The pillow arrived and stunk of chemicals. I returned the pillow in April and reached out monthly about my refund and was repeatedly promised it would be processed soon. It is now September and they’ve blocked my email. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not give these thieves your money.

Total Scam!

If I can rate Cobio (pillows) with negative stars I will! This company and whatever they are selling (since I did not get to even test it for a hot second because I did not receive what I ordered and paid for) is just a total scam!

I even purchased their delivery protection crap to make sure that I will receive the products (I ordered 2 pillows ) or will be covered & protected if I don’t! I have been emailing their support team since January 2025 after placing/ paying for my orders in early December 2024, in the hopes of receiving them in time for Christmas. Months passed and to this day, or should I say since their last response to me back in June, I have not received any further news or refunds that they keep saying is in the process!

Do not be an addition to their victims and avoid ordering from this company or their products at all costs! It’s not worth anything, not your patience, not your money or your sanity! Please be warned!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered December 18, 2024. 'Customer Service' strung me along. The 'owner' contacted me assuring this would be taken care of. When asked for a refund I was offered a discount on my next order. DON'T ORDER FROM COBIO.

Not giving me my money back

I ordered a pillow in May. I tried it for a few weeks but it wasn’t for me. I’ve requested a refund June 10. It’s now August 11th and they keep telling me I’m in the refund queue. I still haven’t received my money. Do not order from them

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered December 2024 and since then got strung along with about 20 emails of promises and excuses for months. I contacted PayPal and they said I missed the headline that I didn’t know PayPal has set to demand refund. I had been expecting a refund from CoBio since before April. I hope PayPal has stopped dealing with this known scammer.

It is 100% a scam. You will not get a pillow.

I ordered in January and still never received the pillow. I contacted them at least a dozen times and each time they said it was coming. I finally said give me a refund and it’s been two months of an AI generated response saying that they’re working on it. It is an absolute scam and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I’m gonna do it.

If I could give zero stars I would. SCAM.
I ordered in December, still haven't received anything except excuses about why I haven't received a refund in 7 months. So I finally just said then send me the product i paid for and now the shipping details need to be reviewed which they have been doing for 2 weeks. Horrible. I will review every day until I receive my order or my refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

SCAM

SCAM! I placed my order back on December 7, 2024 with CoBIO and to date, I have NOT RECEIVED my order AND, have over 50 email correspondences with their so-called "customer support" that have lied about my refund being in "queue" that they are backlogged and "understand my frustration".
This company is completely disingenuous in their attempts to rectify my order, they have made no attempt to reship my order, they have been lying to me for over 6 months about my refund.
They should be ashamed of themselves but they obviously don't care.

SCAM!

SCAM!! I ordered a pillow for a friend. That friend got a pillow for a gift from family and did't need the one I got. I asked for a refund, I followed their instructions for a refund. It was returned as unknown address. I contacted them and they said they would fix the issue. That's all they said. I contacted my bank months ago and they actually refunded me for a fraudulant purchase.

I only leaving a star so i can write a review. This company is a scam.
I ordered pillows in December 2024 and never received the order… they promised a refund . Its now June 25,2025 & i still havent received it.
The only way to communicate eith them is via emai. There is no chat and nobphone number. And dont be fooled by their polite email responses apologizing for the delays ect.
