Favorite app crypto card

Probably my favorite app for digital nomads. Giving 5 stars because it's free, self-custodial, offers an IBAN for salary and good cashback rates.

I sent money deposit address and lost money…

NO SOLUTION HERE

I sent money to correct deposit address and correct network then my money lost.
I created ticket but they didn't solve my problem still.
I don't understand what they can't solve 1+ week passed.
If they can't even solve this simple problem. How qualified people work on this company. Everything is already proven and clearly visible.

Its not a complex case. They just will check my txid and in app deposit details. Thats it. Its most simple thing in the universe. No need to keep me waiting 10000 year.

MY TICKET ID: 16896

I sent 20 euro to my friend as a test…

I sent 20 euro to my friend as a test from my COCA account to her COCA account.

Expecting instant transaction.. but no, after 2 days she received a message that she needs data of the sender to accept the payment.

1. BOTH accounts are verified by COCA, it’s internal COCA transfer. So You COCA still have no idea about the sender?
2. I sent not 10000 not 1000 not even 100e. 20euro and you are asking for the private data? Are you gonna ask all my friends and customers who want to send me any money?
3. I warned COCA that let’s solve it before it goes public. What they did? Recommended me to tell my friend to get my data and send to them. Was it solved?
So now it goes public.

It’s not possible to use this bank. My 20 euro still getting stuck somewhere between COCA and COCA.

original experience with USDT transfer was ok, so I really hoped to have this bank in my list.

Hi Esvio, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand why this situation was frustrating, especially since you were simply testing a transfer between two verified COCA accounts and expected it to go through quickly.

We’re sorry that the process wasn’t clearer from the start and that the transfer ended up taking much longer than you expected.

As we explained when we spoke, the payment was sent as a SEPA transfer and our Compliance team needed a confirmation from the recipient before they could proceed.

Unfortunately, as we’re still waiting for that confirmation, the transfer hasn’t been completed yet.

We understand that this may feel unnecessary and confusing given the circumstances, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration it caused. We also appreciate that you contacted us directly and gave us the opportunity to look into the issue.

Thank you again for your feedback.
