Everything worked perfectly. Although we didn't receive an order confirmation, the right product was delivered in just a week and a half. Now all we have to do is install the kit and get a completely new interior.

Brought in good faith, given the uniqueness of the product and the great appearance on the website & instagram page. Took 2 weeks to come. The shop answered, when questioned - blamed the delay on "being in hospital." That's when alarm bells started ringing. Honestly, knowing what I actually ended up receiving I would have preferred them to never ship it and keep it. The pictures on the website sell you a dream with what looks like great customisability with colours. However, it is extremely overpriced for what was actually received. The quality of the material is lacking, the cuts are not accurate, jagged, and don't fit around the gear gaiter, leaving a gap. Light switch surround is totally wrong too, gave me LHD not the required RHD. Totally the wrong size and orientation despite giving clear instructions. They are about 5mm too small each side, so look terrible with huge gaps when black carbon fibre effect is placed on a silver original dash. Unsatisfactory at best. Scam at worst. CockpitDekor needs to put the tools down, because they are evidently no good at what they're trying to do.

It is not possible to give a company zero star but this company deserves just that, zero star.

Even we cannot give one star. Delivery late by more than on month. Product ordered dark charcoal color what you get is light brown. No communication.crook website

Took a month to get my order -- Dash kit for Mercedes SL400 nothing fitted parts too big - others too small or short and wrong shape - Had to trash the kit once off the delivery papers also my £300 paid was like throwing that also in the trash --- BUYERS BEWARE --terrible

This place is the only place that makes these dash trim kits for my 1999 Nissan Primera that will ship them to the UK, I saw the reviews on here only after ordering, so thought I’d been scammed, but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and low and behold 10 days later (as promised on their website) the dash trim kit arrived. So I don’t know about the experiences of other people have ordered, but my experience was positive.

Not sure if the reason is that I ordered through Cockpitdekor.COM and not .AT but I would advise to do the same just in case.

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company to no avail.
It is my opinion that this is a bogus company and maybe a scam.

Having just read some of the reviews and people getting there goods or money back.
You can quiet easily get onto your bank and request a money back request...Goods Not Fit For Purpose.
This will shake the company/ies up because they keep this little secret to themselves hoping you don't know about it.

For two months, the site was blocked, impossible to order.
Then everything came back. I found (I thought) my happiness for the decoration of my XC90 vehicle. The only pictures showed fake wood realizations. I chose Carbon Silver Grey without seeing any picture.
1. I paid extra for shipping by UPS Saver and the product was sent by mail (DPD + Post).
2. The product arrived from Slovakia and not from Austria or Germany (why not?).
3. The item that was delivered to me was horrible with many cutting defects. Burns (slivers) in several places on each piece. In addition the carbon Silver Grey is dull, really ugly.
It is not possible to install this dirt on a car because it is so badly done.
4. The seller never answers any email or Whatsapp call.
I had to make a Paypal claim to get this item returned and refunded.

Certainly it is a shame that there is no other site that can offer all these products and therefore Cockpitdekor is tempting. But this is a mistake, you should not order on this site.

Ordered dash kit in good faith paid on the spot.. production time 3-10 days it states
BAD BAD communication no order confirmation !! No answers after repeated emails requesting updates. Looking at the reviews I understand now why others think the same. Save your money stay away of this scammer!!
Hope that all of you that had the same experience paid with PayPal or credit card so you will get at least your money back. Sad that these clowns can stay in business and create public mistrust for buying goods online.

Not only did they send the wrong coloured item, half of the items do not fit. Tried email,the what’s app phone number,no responses.My advice would be to avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful. Couldn't care less about the customer or their orders.
I placed my order at the beginning of May 21,paid for it in full via PayPal, glad I did! Heard nothing, no confirmation of order etc, 4 weeks later and 4 emails to them- still no reply. It got to the point where I was getting very concerned and had no idea what was going on. I even used what's app to the number given- nothing!,no reply. Their website said 2 weeks delivery, this was now 6 weeks and still no idea what was happening. Eventually I contacted PayPal and described the service, or complete lack of it, and they acted on my behalf. Guess what,the company responded to them, saying I could have a full refund and the order was cancelled.
Please don't use Cockpit Decor, they take your money and you don't get the goods. They are also trading under 3 different names, but are the same bunch of crooks, avoid like the plague!!

I bought a dashkit for my 2010 BMW 630 recently. The parts are for an earlier model and don,t fit at all. I sent an email to tell them I wanted a refund and heard absolutely nothing. Don,t touch with a bargepole!

order a kit for my motorhome the end of january. It tooks some time, specially for delivery, due to the situazione, but finally arrived, after 6 weeks.
Perfect kit, of the chosen color, and really well made.
I haven't been able to install it yet but the product is excellent.
yes lack a bit in communication, still on their portal.

Excellent service! I ordered a cockpit kit for my Smard 450 and the quality is amazing! I am very pleased, I' ll order a kit for my Fiat Panda too.
