Worst Customer service and company ever

I had placed an order with them and it took literally 3 MONTHS to get here and when it did, it was missing or delivered to the wrong address. I contacted them so so many times and they would take forever to respond. They first said they would refund me the shipping fee of $26 which first of all is completely absurd that I needed to pay 26 for SHIPPING. That was the first red flag, (2nd was it taking 2 months). After they promised me a refund on the shipping cost they basically ghosted me and did not keep their promise on it until just today. I had accidentally filed a dispute with PayPal on them and they kept saying they can’t refund me because of the dispute that’s ongoing. I contact PayPal and I cancel the dispute. They still don’t refund me the shipping cost. Another month goes by still no response or update. Then it says it’s delivered. I go check and it’s not even there I wait another week as they said to wait longer. Still nothing. Contact them again and they say to wait and they will contact their advanced team. They tell me they will refund me because it’s missing. They ghost me again and still no refund. I contact 30 times more and they finally answer saying they will not give me a refund because PayPal closed the dispute in their favor. What?! You promised me you would give me a refund now you’re making excuses and I even told them that doesn’t make sense because I told PayPal to cancel the dispute so they never closed anything in their favor anyway. Lastly they said to file a claim. Filing a claim never works especially with whatever courier they chose out. Why are you advertising 2 weeks when it’s gonna take 3 months? This is the most ridiculous company and customer service ever. I will just dispute the charge with PayPal again and if that doesn’t work I’ll do so with my bank. Truly absurd would not recommend to anyone. Waiting for a product like this is not worth it. Just find anything else.

I'm chocolate obsessed so was worried that this wasn't going to taste good but it's actually yum. I wasn't expecting it to do much to my hair but I'm on my 2nd pack and my hair feels much softer than

I'm chocolate obsessed so was worried that this wasn't going to taste good but it's actually yum. I wasn't expecting it to do much to my hair but I'm on my 2nd pack and my hair feels much softer than before and takes me less time to sort it in the mornings. I wasn't properly measuring the growth but it looks fuller and longer too.

They sent me expired products and delayed shipping for 2 months

I placed an order on August 26th and by Oct 26th the package still had not arrived. When speaking to the customer service rep it was apparent they hadn't given my package to the shipping partner!?

I eventually received the package 1 week later only to find they had sent me 7 months worth of expired product.

I have made multiple attempts to reach them via their web support, help desk ticket etc and they have not responded.

They have made no attempt to apologize and offer a resolution.

I placed my order on the 11 of this month, I have ordered before with no problems, but now they are not responding to my emails, I have ask for a refund. I will not order again.

Why advertise 1-3 business days delivery for UK if you cannot?

I ordered in the beginning of June and now almost mid August, still haven't received my order.
Emailed them, they replied with 'due to increase demand they are short of stock Global Covid supply chain issues and in 1-2 weeks items should be back in stock' excuse. I emailed them again with no reply, and just now emailed them before posting this review. Let's see if they will bother replying?
Why advertise 1-3 business days delivery(UK) on your website if you simply cannot Cocoa Locks?

We've moved to new couriers and suppliers and have changed our entire customer service team so I'm hopeful that your issue won't be repeated in future (and if something similar happens, that we will be able to resolve any issue quickly).

Sadly I had a bad experience with cocoa…

Sadly I had a bad experience with cocoa locks the second time I made the order. First of all I waited more than a month and never heard from them after placing the order. Then I remembered about my order and asked them and emailed them to find out when am I going to receive it as it was taking way too long. I was given an answer that did not make any sense. They said that it had been shipped but they could not deliver it to me. I was asked to pay more money for the order to be "resent" but I thought it was unfair and said that I would like a refund instead. Not only I waited forever and they never informed me about anything, the whole thing felt like a lie. I was told that it is not possible to get a refund because of their policy of no refunds. So I never got any refund from them or the product, just wasted a lot of money. I contacted my bank and told them everything and they gave me the money back immediately. My bank understands the importance of good customer service but cocoalocks doesn't. I will never ever buy from them again. They lost a loyal customer.
