First and last order. I will never order from here again
I placed my order for a number of products however the 2 main products I wanted which is why I ordered from here in the first place after 13 days of chasing them as to where my order is I got an email of a refund and guess what, yes the two items which I wanted were now out of stock. My order should have been picked and shipped 1-2 days after my order was placed and I would have got my items
Now I am left to find alternatives for my holiday and not only that I have a very upset little girl
These items should never have been allowed to be purchased if they were out of stock and I will never ever buy from you company again

I LOVE COCO & EVE products! I used to be blonde but now brunette. My hair is very damaged from being blonde. It’s taking a long time to grow it out so all I can do in the meantime is to keep treating my hair.
My hair has never felt softer since using the Hair Mask and Bond Building Pre Shampoo.
I’ve had so many compliments since using these products as my hair looks in better condition and isn’t so dry on the ends!

Just purchased the shampoo and cond also,
Can’t wait to try them out!

Quick delivery on my orders and had no problems

Poor quality products, very overpriced and none of their promises come true. I used to use a super cheap mousse tan from Savers and I thought I'd treat myself to Coco and Eve as it promised no patchiness, no fake tan smell etc. Not only did it clog all my pores, but it is incredibly patchy despite correct application and worst of all it absolutely stinks...to the extent that my work colleagues all commented on it... mortified! I contacted customer services and they said I can pay for postage to send it all back for a refund, right so that's around £8 for tracked postage....on top of the £35 spent plus th delivery I paid to get it in the first place. Honestly, save your money it's not worth it and the models you see will all be influencers being sent free products in exchange for raving about their products.

I wasn’t going to write a review but to be totally honest, their customer service was so good I felt compelled to. I’m not sure why other people haven’t had a good experience but all I can say is, my problem was sorted out with within 3 days, they were efficient, kind and dealt with it professionally. The products are amazing,I’ve used all the brands over the years and this is one of my all time favourites . I’d recommend Coco and Eve without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately the worst self tanner I’ve ever used 😞
I was looking for something that dried quickly and wasn’t tacky or smelly.
Coco and Eve failed in all of the above. So tacky, took AGES to dry, marked bedding, smelled quite strong.
The worst part though is how drying it is, it sucked every bit of moisture from my skin, so dry my skin felt tight and itch.
Day 6 now and I look like a loaf of tiger bread!
Very very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.
I prepared my skin for tanning (I ran very regularly).
Big no from me 😞

I was going to buy some tan from the site but decided against it. I have been bombarded with emails every day, and now text. I suggest you don't give them your details.

I ordered from their website a week ago. A few days ago I noticed that my products from Coco and Eve hadn’t shipped,( Their website states 3-5 business day shipping) and since I had ordered from another company the same day and their product was shipped and almost to me decided to check into it. I have reached out to them twice via website and on social media as well.They still haven’t contacted me. The website states that they will get back to you within 48 hours which they have failed to do. Pretty disappointing experience with this company so far.

First order with Coco and Eve, and they’ve sent me the wrong product. I ordered one item, how hard is it to get right?

They have a chat function on the website, but no one to chat to - just an automated robot that didn’t understand anything I said, not even “incorrect item received” or “wrong product” or “problem with order”.

I’ve sent an email and yet to receive a reply, and I will be fuming if the expectation is that I go out of my way to return this incorrect and (for me) unusable product and then have to wait for my correct product to be delivered, because that means this will have cost me more time and money (travelling to return it and waiting for my actual order to arrive) than I agreed to spend (which was the price of the product I actually ordered + delivery). Why should I bear the cost of Coco & Eve’s mistake?

It was the best Shampoo and Conditioner I had. Brings life to my hair making it shinier and healthier.

I got the hydrating shampoo and conditioner set for £44 (each bottle is only 250ml). So super expensive. Does not smell nice, tiny amounts for the price and honestly I can’t say it’s made my hair any more hydrated than a high street brand would (ie not!) I won’t buy again

Very disappointed. The mousse went on uneven and patchy and didn’t look any different when I washed it off. It came off on absolutely everything bedding, clothing and towels. Not at all what I expected for such an expensive product. Very poor quality. I definitely won’t be using it again.

I bought the tanning oil after reading the positive reviews and advert pop ups.

I would not recommend this product for people with fair skin. I applied liberally and frequently as directed and got burnt.

I do not trust this is SPF 30

I order from coco and eve regularly, the last 4 orders my parcels have gone missing… taking 1-2 weeks to deliver and the products come damaged😳
Very disappointed.

I was about purchase the exfoliating bundle (which you need to do separately). Which amounted to £48. I accepted the 10% discount and when I put it in, it took £1 off. Coco and Eve for your calculations 10% is £4.80. Oh but it doesn't end there. You also get a FREE Gift worth £8...... Wait what? However, when you select this they add on £1 to your bill, that's not free at all.

Absolute Con. Will not be buying or recommending......made me laugh though.....So thanks for that.

Tanning mousse the best I have ever used. I am on my second bottle and I wouldn’t use any other product now.
The colour is really good and the smell far nicer than any other product.
I would definitely recommend this product

Not worth the money! The hair mask is ok, I have blonde highlights and the shampoo and conditioner did not sit well on my hair! Paid £60 for the whole lot and it's a waste of money tbh.

I will stick to JF is way better on my highlighted hair.

The tan was sadly so splotchy
I got the mini bc it’s so expensive and when I receive it didn’t pump foam just liquid and it was black/green and when applied to skin, so splotchy and dried almost immediately so didn’t run in well.
I don’t recommend this and I don’t think I’ll order another probs try a diff brand.

My products came in good time, and they smell lovely. But this unfortunately is where the positives stop.
My hair feels dry and dirty, and heavy. I thought perhaps I just needed to wash it twice. But I have done that now and still it doesn’t feel clean.

I also only wash my hair 2 x a week and I saw on the bottle it says to wash daily. That may be because it doesn’t clean the hair well enough to stretch a few days without washing.

I will sadly be tossing the product 😢

purchased the virgin shampoo, conditioner and hair mask., my hair is frizzier and drier than before i started using these products
product was meant to hydrate my hair . what a waste of money...
