Terrible customer service. Recieved damaged goods (product bottle cracked and leaked out). Sent photos, but refuse to refund or replace. I purchase this product once a month and now I have decide to try out some other tans so I no longer have to purchase this product

Glad I came here for reviews. I was about to buy some products from my phone, I signed up with my email and google said "error" and something about not trusting the website and the only way to access is through chrome (my laptop). I've never had that problem before. I've read enough bad reviews that I don't want to purchase from Coco and Eve. I don't want to spend $100 on my hair if it ain't going to work and make my hair worse. Thanks everyone for the bad reviews haha

My package was lost 2 times because they made a mistake with the adress the first and the second time. The third time I came up with a backup adress they just cancelled the order and did not even make sure that I would get my package.

For allmost 2 months I was waiting for my products and they did not even put effort in this issue to make sure it will be okay. Why do you even have a customer service if you don’t even help your customours? I really don’t understand this.

Not a fan of the radiance primer. Used it and kept smelling a strange smell all day and realized it was the primer. Can’t use it anymore the smell is awful.

Been ordering coco eve for 4 years now and the last 2 orders I placed have faulty pumps, sadly this can’t be fixed.

The tan foaming pump is broken

I purchased the virgin hair shampoo, conditioner and mask.
Thought I was getting a premium and high quality hair care set what I got was quite the opposite.
The products are nothing but poor quality, cheap, foul smelling items that are substandard to drug store products , what's more, delivery was late and customer service was below parr.
I feel robbed of £50. If you want a luxury shampoo ask your hairdresser. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Complete waste of money!!! Buyer beware. Foaming pump blocked the second time using the bottle. Even switched to a bondi sands pump and it blocked that too! Useless

i’m olive skinned and go abit grey if i don’t go in the sun often so i got impatient so wanted a quick fix instead of sun bathing so i got the ultra dark tan and OMG where have you been all my life. LIT looks just like i’ve been on holiday no patches, barely any smell (i liked the smell) i wouldn’t use ultra dark if i was fair skinned as it would possibly (definitely) come up orange (obviously)😅 but for me it’s a lovely dark bronze. I’m so happy 😍, one thing i do have black knees but that’s just because i didn’t read the instructions correctly, never time i’ll lay off the knees lol! oh and it has transfer on to my clothes so i wouldn’t wear your best pjs or have your best sheets on, but it has been pretty hot. i’m sold.

After I placed my order, I read the reviews on here and very nearly cancelled my order. I'm so glad I didn't!!! My experience has been nothing but positive.
As a pretty much newbie to tanning, I had an awful result with skinny tan so decided to try something else. I ordered the coco and eve sunny honey bali bronzing foam in medium (I'm very pale), I selected standard delivery but it came the very next day! I did all the proper skin prep the night before and then last night used the tan. I slept in it overnight then washed it off today and the result is brilliant! Not orange at all, no streaks or patchiness. I don't understand the other reviews about the smell, as it smells lovely! (And that's coming from a pregnant lady with a very strong sense of smell currently!)

I actually wish I did more research about this product. The product is very attractive. The smell is so lovely. However that is where it ends. I’m trying to work out what ingredients are in it to agrivate my skin. But this product is absolutely awful to the point my skin is bleeding. It certainly does not moisturise. It actually dries out the skin (my doctor said possible a marketing ploy 🤷‍♀️) My skin as never felt so bad

If I could give 0 star I would. Package was meant to be delivered between 1-2 days, you said you would deliver Saturday (3rd day) between 19:00-21:00 and have now cancelled delivery. Awful service

Overpriced and they do not honour their discount codes.

I placed 2 major orders with them and both times received as a thank you a 20% off discount. There were no exclusions stipulated. The code didn’t work and I contacted their customer service for support. Turns out the code is not to be used on any new product, kits or bundles. I told them they did not stipulate that and so legally they need to honour the code. After weeks of back and forth with them harassing me almost daily because I told them I’m giving up and will not be returning. They are now trying to get my business by telling me to go ahead and purchase and they’ll refund the 20% after I’ve already paid. After all the hassle I am not going to believe them. They owe me 2 20% off codes and they’re not willing to honour them. I will be reporting them to fair trade.

Nearly $40 a bottle for 250ml? Extremely overpriced. I’m going back to Jeval where you can buy a litre for the same price.

It was so exciting when I first used, I tend to shampoo once a week and condition every day, maybe that’s why, but after four weeks and a whole bottle of conditioner used I literally ran home to use a sulfate packed anti dandruff Tesco shampoo three times just to feel clean again. It’s a shame cos it’s started off so well, and even though the bottles are tiny a little goes a long way. Just doesn’t actually clean and weighs hair down over time. Too expensive for the result. I still feel dirty 😂

used the Coco and Eve Tan mousse, brought it as it says it doesn't smell like self tan. I thought it smelt exactly like it, and very strong! someone commented that they could smell it on me the next day even though I had washed it off and was wearing perfume....tan colour came out good, but won't be using it again due to the strong aroma, have used much better, milder smelling self tans in the past.

I ordered their tanning product almost a year ago. I recently found it as I was cleaning out my cabinet and decided to give it try. I used it twice and loved it! No streaks, no orange, AND the best part for me is there’s no offensive smell. The third time I went to use it the foam mechanism stopped working and it was just dribbling liquid. I reached out to the customer service and they replaced it for me no cost. 10/10 recommend the product and the service.

Bought the coco and Eve Bali bronze tanning foam after hearing good reviews. Found it extremely sticky to apply and upon washing off it was patchy, uneven and orange. The smell is also very strong, even after washing it off the biscuit scent lingers. It is also extremely difficult to get off and even with scrubbing still clings unevenly to your skin after multiple showers. Found this product to be very expensive for what it is and have had better results from far cheaper products. Definitely not a product I would waste my money on again.

i dont know why people are giving this a 1 star. i bought the complete bundle for repair hair and this product is amazing. i over processed my hair and actually burnt off some of my hair and after using this 1 time i can see the amazement. its definitely a game changer.
