I ordered something from here, I got an email that it was delivered and I never got my package

Scam 100percent .ordered xmax truck rc sent dollar store toy .said they would refund 15 %.I said a few unpleasant words and told them what I though of scum like they are. out 120 bucks

Just like the rest of the reviews, I was scammed. Fake tracking info.

I saw the ad on instagram, now I don't trust those anymore.
They were supposed to be Valentine's Day gifts...Hope I can get my refund back from Paypal..

Definitely a scam... rather unique with its fake tracker. Not even Santa Claus could have done better if this was not a scam. I did send two email attempts to contact Cocoddy, to no avail.
Contact PayPal to request a refund if you happen to fall for this scam.
Recommend to NEVER buy anything on TikTok ads unless you are 110% certain of the origin... like it's your Aunt Betty selling it. ;)

I should have read these before I bought one of those levitating globes. Only paid $46 but even so. Yes 1000% scammers. If you paid with PayPal you will get your money back as I did just now literally instantly. Just find the transaction in 'activity' and click on 'report a problem' and I am sure you will get a refund

They are scammers. Saw an add on Tik Tok for a shore rack. Ordered it through PayPal. Got a confirmation and with in a day or two a shipping notice with tracking. Track the package and knew it was a scam when it didn't get handed off into the mail system or a different vendor for delivery. Package never came even though tracking claimed they delivered to my door two days after arriving in the country.

I immediately opened a claim with PayPal and was reimbursed my money with in 2 minutes of opening the claim. I will never do that again. Too bad, I really wanted the item but I will never order from a site I don't have knowledge on or that isn't a established place here in the U.S.

This is a fraud. They will take your money, send you emails confirming your order, even send you an email claiming your order was shipped, but you will NEVER receive your item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered the rum advancer calendar. Never received it. I emailed them. They emailed back once offering a replacement or refund. I asked for a refund and have not heard from them since. SCAM!

I have ordered 3 suitcases paid for it already this way back in September 2021 now its January I still haven't received my suitcases either refund it to me or ship my suitcases back to me asap

COMPLETE SCAM! I'm so mad this was a scam because I really wanted what I ordered for Christmas giifts! I ordere two of the Bourban Advent Cases...$107! GONE!! I never received either! They did respond to the first email and said they'd refund the money, well, never received that either and now they have disappeard and won't respond to any of my emails. I can't believe they can continue to get by with this. THIEVES!

I ordered the Christmas Tree October 15, 2021. My credit card was charged but I never received anything. I tried contacting the company but they didn't bother with a reply. They have disappeared like a fart in the wind. Lesson learned. All I wanted was something lovely for my grandchildren and instead was taken advantage of. Because of this fake business legitimate businesses will now suffer.

I wish I would have checked into the company before ordering! My experience is a carbon copy of all the others posted on here. How can this be legal??!

contact Pay Pal, they are really helpful and will block these people. Than you to the person that suggested this below.

Also got scammed. They sent false tracking information and paypal denied my claim because of it. Stole $70 from me for a Christmas gift that never showed.

I didn’t actually have an experience But I put something in my cart and decided to check trust pilot website. Thanks for the warning. Thanks to everyone who shared their experience. You saved me.

Looking at all who have been scammed, including myself, how does Facebook, or any other media allow this crooked company to advertise? They will go out of their way to throw a person off FB for saying, what they think is misinformation, but allow companies to advertise and scam its users out of $100’s of dollars, with no recourse! I believe Facebook should reimburse all who have been scammed by this bogus and insidious company!!!!

This is a SCAM. I am presently one of their victim. I ordered a ladder for $75.00 that they never delivered. I tried many times checking the status of my order, it was showing PENDING for months. Finally, I cannot check the status of my order anymore, their website is unavailable, no where to be found.
