I bought a chicken pesto flatbread…
I bought a chicken pesto flatbread sandwich from the Canary Wharf store. The sandwich although bland apart from spicy pepper pearls tasted okay. 2 hours later I felt nauseous and 3 hours later I was violently sick and needed to be collected from the office by my husband that evening as I was unable to get home unaided. I now know how awful food poisoning is. May have been unlucky but not one question in my mine about the cause of it. Posting as want to ensure no one else has same experience. I have raised to Foods Agency in Tower Hamlets.
Arrives cold
Have ordered from Worthing several times but always arrives cold. Food is good so always hope that it will arrive hot but disappointed every time. Unfortunately have now been put off from making this the choice of our future takeaways 😕 Shame
Some cost saving activity has gone on…
Some cost saving activity has gone on and the pots are 3/4 full. Considering it’s already expensive for pasta and sauce that’s ridiculous
DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!
DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I was waiting for my food for an hour and it hadn't even been “prepared” according to the app so I ordered a pizza, even that got delivered before they started cooking my meal. At the time of writing this, Ive been waiting 2hrs and still not “prepared”
Breakfast Garbage
Third time i've tried this place for a breakfast baguette. All three times they got my order wrong. The food was cold, and when i asked for butter, i didn't expect it not to be spread - bit into a big square lump of butter straight out the packet. The staff truly don't care.
Paid £25 for our meal
Paid £25 for our meal. It’s the most disgusting takeaway Iv ever received. Cold, over cooked pasta, tasteless, no filling and the extra chicken stuck on top, boiled flavourless chicken. Honestly the worst takeaway Iv ever had
Shocking
Shocking. Truly shocking to pay for a £12 product and get half a pot of pasta with no sauce on it.
I have a photo that you won't believe.
To the management. Please stop worrying about costs and sauce your food properly. If you do that the increased cost will be more than covered by the rocketing turnover you will achieve.
No point cutting corners and losing customers.
Absolutely shocking food
Absolutely shocking food, my order was all wrong and what I did have I could have cooked myself, nothing special about it, it was like your aunt left last nights slag bol for you to reheat the next day, literally the worse Italian food I've ever eaten! 🤢
Disgusting
Dreadful, found a hair in my food have tried to contact them every possible way and no response. Disgusting.
Garlic bread might break your teeth
The bolognese pasta pot was average at best. All the meat is at the top leaving plain pasta at the bottom. The garlic bread is a disgrace. It may as well be used as a frisbee - it was rock hard and would probably break your teeth. I threw it away.
Terrible food
Terrible food. Like every one else says. I ordered gluten free pasta with Sausage and pancetta. I had the grande size and there was 1 teaspoon of sauce. No flavour and the pasta was overcooked. One of the worst pasta i ever had. No going again, rather go hungry. This was Holborn.
Well let's start with my first…
Well let's start with my first experience at COCO DI MAMA RICHMOND, I placed an order for an extra £32.77 on UberEats order #49D03, and my experience was pitiful, the bolognese I ordered was not only cold, the pasta was hard, the food tasted of nothing, there was no salt, there was no seasoning, I also asked for extra cheese and I paid for it but it didn't come.
The second course carbonara with ham was burnt and sour, with no sauce, very liquid sauce, burnt and hard pasta, no seasoning and no salt.
The Arancinni was the only one that was reasonable, but still sour inside, I don't understand what's happening to this restaurant.
For dessert I ordered a piece of vegan cake, very sweet, and it came completely crushed from a container.
My conclusion, terrible, horrible, more than £30 for such bad food does not deserve any stars, I ate lightly and discarded unfortunately we forgot to take pictures to prove it, I hope I do not get a food poison, if that happens I will have to make a complaint to the EHO.

I've had really bad food poisoning all…
I've had really bad food poisoning all afternoon and evening after their ceaser salad from the Bishopsgate branch. Will never go back again.
Great lunches @ C Di M
Great lunches, excellent value for money, deliveries always on time.
I have used them quite a few times and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Keep up the good work!
Caesar salads shouldn't contain rocket!
I bought the "charged up chicken Caesar" salad for lunch today, having been a fan of this menu item for a number of years now. On returning to my office to consume, I was hugely disappointed to see that most of the green part of the salad seems to have become rocket. There seems to be an obsession amongst salad and sandwich bars to do away with lettuce and replace it with its spicier cousin. I am not sure whether I got unlucky today, or whether this is a menu change. But it is not welcome. Caesar salads should NOT contain rocket!!
Chicken not included ?…
Ordered chicken pasta but they should call it non-existent chicken pasta on the menu instead as there was literally no chicken in my meal. So I paid over £10 quid for pasta alone, no value for money. Won’t be buying from here again.
Recommend highly - so yummy, always on time!
Could not recommend their delivery highly enough! Have been using Coco di Mama for lunches for work events for a variety of size meetings - the delivery is always on time and the food is incredible and looks incredible! Makes something different than just always having sandwiches and giving people the choice with hearty salads and snacks too. Many colleagues have commented on how fancy it looks and been chuffed with the choice. I particularly love their chicken cesar salad!
Have also since ordered Coco di mama for personal delivery as I was thinking about it a lot since the last work meeting and it was just lush - great portion size and that cheesy garlic bread and Tiramisu is the cherry on top. Recommend.
Order coco di mama for work or for yourself, its always delish.
Terrible value
whilst I really like the pasta and sauce flavours etc I think the portions and value for money is really very poor. The pasta portion is huge but with a tiny bit of sauce so most of what you're eating is dry pasta. I bought a side salad for £3.50 and it was about 10 leaves with a bit of dressing. Really shocked at how tiny it was. The calorie amounts on deliveroo must be wildly inaccurate - way under the actual amount of calories.
Ordered three Grande meal deals for my…
Ordered three Grande meal deals for my family, different flavours and we all agreed that we had received the most bland overpriced food ever. Big pot of pasta with barely any sauce or flavour plus half slices of garlic bread, Calamari and dip didn’t turn up. Nothing like the description.
Will not be ordering again.
I am all for vegan food but the lentil…
I am all for vegan food but the lentil ragu was the worst pasta I've had in a very very long time. I don't like giving such bad reviews to food places but it was so bland it really annoyed me? So boring! Lacking in flavour, expensive for what it is and the lentils were starchy and not properly cooked. Also there was barely any sauce in the ragu, mostly some dry lentils. Luckily I didn't eat in and took it to the office where I had to chuck in lots of salt in order to give it some flavour. Lentils are so delicious, how did they manage to make this dish so bland?
