Thieves! They asked for statements, which is typical, then said we have an approval for you. They told me to send my ID and a voided check, so I did. Then they sent me a Docusign that had ridiculous terms. They wanted to give me 20k and I would pay back $1200 a day for 30 days! That’s insane. I would pay back over 35k and the short time period is unrealistic. I’m already hurting and can’t afford such a large daily payment. I told them I was comfortable with $150 a day. They said if I didn’t sign the document, they would leave a derogatory mark on my business profile and no other lenders would work with me. I said no and hung up. Next thing I know, they charged my account $1500 dollars! I called my bank and tried to do a stop pay but it didn’t work. I called Jason and he ignored all my emails and calls. Do not send these people anything and do not sign anything. These people are evil and will threaten you and your business!

STAY AWAY! This company is a complete scam. Spread the word and put them under once and for all.

This company is an absolute scam. We had used coconut funding in the past and they did secure us a loan. This time they had supposedly secured ore funding, which never came through. They pulled 950.00 out of our bank account claiming it was the fees for the loan. They never had the authorization to pull money at all. And now they are refusing to return the funds after telling us the ach refund process was already started. Will be reporting through the proper channels and doing what we have to. This company is a joke stay away

I had a very bad experience with Coconut Funding. I applied with them and received an approval. I signed the contract on March 5th and also completed the bank login the same day. However, after that, there has been no proper response from their side.

Every day they give a new excuse, and there is no clear update about the funding. Today is March 12th and I still haven’t received any proper response. I don’t understand what kind of service they are providing.

The agents I worked with, Jack and Jason, were very unprofessional throughout the process. Because of this experience, I would not recommend working with this company. I would advise others to be careful before trusting them.

At Coconut Eden and Jason have excellent customer services, hopefully throughout application. Friendly and respectful.

Cancel the loan didn't get any funding from them because it was too high of a rate then two weeks later they took $950 out of my account run from these guys they're con artist they're scam artists they're out to take your money nothing else run as far away from them as you can

This company commits FRAUD. They had me sign paperwork for a loan (advance) but they never funded me. The next day they tried to debit my account for 2k. Luckily for me, my bank flagged it through the ACH Positive pay fraud detection. When i called and messaged them, they admitted it was a mistake, but then in retribution, they reported me to DATA MERCH and are at the moment refusing to to take it off. I have contacted DATAMERCH. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away from this business. I needed funding for my business but not to the extent that it would end up bankrupting me. I had 3 different people contact me several times per week. One person asked for bank statements - which is typical. Then asked for a voided check to verify my bank statements. I didn't really want to do that but I did and I should have listened to my first instinct. As soon as I sent that I had emails from Pineapple Processing and Payanywhere stating my terminal was on its way. I didn't sign up for that. Money was taken from my bank account. Considering this was the ONLY business that I gave anything to other than just bank statements it is connected. Especially when I reached out numerous times to the person who took my voided check and they didn't answer me. I called the company and the person who answered didn't want to try to help in any way. They asked if I was going to take the offer and I said no and that I was trying to straighten out what must be a misunderstanding and they hung up on me. Nobody will answer emails or calls now. I have seen horrible reviews with mentioning of scamming on the BBB site. They are not BBB accredited. On the BBB website it states that they provide the following services: Products and Services
Merchant Cash Advance, Credit Card Processing, Working Capital Terms, Purchase of future sales & receipts agreements.

So this definitely happened through Coconut Funding. I have a 2yr contract with my current credit card processing company as it runs through the POS system I have. I wouldn't sign up with a credit card processing company. I have no need for another credit card processing company. As mentioned I have tried several times to contact Coconut Funding to fix this misunderstanding and they now won't respond. I am trying to fix this issue. They don't seem to care that some kind of mistake happened and are just trying to draw money from my bank account now. I had to go to the bank and close my checking account and open a new one because of this! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They started my application for a business loan. Signed all the documents and then they ghosted me. Jack Pearlman took $475 from my checking account. Never got the loan. I called him and he was dismissive and hostile. Im still disputing this charge. Contact me so I can send you the proof if you need any. Dont do business with these people if you dont want $475 missing from your account and disputing it later.

These people at Coco Financing are incredibly rude and provide terrible service. Thank God I didn't close the deal with them. They are overly meticulous and don't know how to treat customers. Awful customer service.
