Birthday wine and chocolates

Bought the Birthday wine and chocolates gift, could select the wine option. Bit disappointed when it arrived that both chocolate options had been changed and whilst small print does say they can swop I thought I might have been notified, so emailed them. On the ball emailing straight back with apologies that I should have been told, gave me options for replacement or would reimburse. I chose one and it was dispatched the same day, delivered the next day in time for friends birthday and had included a little hand written card saying sorry. Can't fault Customer Service and would definitely use again.
