They sent a replacement for a misdelivered product

Edit: the store sent a replacement product swiftly, which arrived safe and sound this time!

The product was not delivered, even though the tracking said it was delivered to my mailbox - it wasn't. Then I reached out to Cocopanda support and got no help at all. I still don't have the product I purchased.
