It's been 3 weeks

It's been 3 weeks, still waiting my package, which is not been moving for the past 2 weeks!!! no one is replying to my emails
Spent more than €100, this is ridiculous and unprofessional!!!!! I want my money back!!!

Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour les problèmes que vous avez rencontrés.

Il y a effectivement eu des dysfonctionnements logistiques avec notre prestataire de livraison, mais ceux-ci ont depuis été résolus et les délais sont désormais revenus à la normale, soit entre 3 et 5 jours ouvrés.
