this place is a scam. I ordered two pair of sneakers for my grandson and big mistake not checking here first. I have been sending emails and no response. crazy how they are getting away with stealing from me. Scam with a Capital S. don't waste your money or time.

Never ever buy from this scammed seller. You will recive nothing.

The customer service was amazing. Really helpful although a more variety of shoe sizes would be nice but the service was very helpful and polite

It is a scam! They ask you to transfer money without concept. After that theu send you fake tracking number and when you figure out that this is not your order they don't respond to emails. There is no other way to contact them!

Absolut scam! I don’t understand how was I stupid to fall for it… had to pay through PayPal, which I have found suspicious but my son just so wanted those shoes… So I paid. They came back asking for an order number that we didn’t have. We sent all confirmation that we sent the money and that was that.. No respond ever again.

cocosneakers.net is just a scam, its just the 1:1 copied site from the actual coco sneakers site.

So Cocosneakers itself is legit, but before you buy make sure that your on the right website (its hicoco.org) right now.

If I can give less then a star I would this site is a scam ordered shoes for my son and daughter for Christmas 12/21..as of writing the review still no shoes they refuse to give back refund because shoes are still in transit DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS IF YOUR LOOKING FOR REPS LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Son ordered shoes in Nov 2021 and still hadn't gotten his shoes I emailed and emailed no response I even contacted them through the whatsup app and they said to email them and I told them I did and they haven't messaged me anymore how can my son get his shoes this is crazy contacted BBB and they said they can't help since it's I'm China this company is a scam and beware don't let them take your money like they took my son's very sad

Cocosneakers is a big SCAM… Do not order from them. They’ll send you a fake tracking numbers and you’ll never see a delivery time or date…It’s been 2 months and I payed for express 7 -10 days express delivery and I’m getting the run around from them about what I purchased. Bad business practice with them. Again!! Cocosneakers are a SCAM and this is no joke. Don’t lose your money like I did…

Absolutely do not buy from them. Paid 200 and never received shoes. They will not respond to emails. They just take your money and you get nothing. We are a military family without extra money and the shoes were for my teenage son. He is so disappointed and we don’t have extra money to be taken advantage of.

Ordered a year ago and the shoes got shipped, but due to me not getting notified when the shoes arrived I didn’t pick them up from the post office. The shoes got returned but my money didn’t. They haven’t responded to a single of my many emails.

They will take your money and never send you your shoes. I opened a dispute with my cc provider and they even tried to say that they sell custom watches & that “my custom watch” was delivered. Never trust CocoSneakers.net ps. I got my money back from capital one.

Ordered in November and still have not received sneakers. Was told to contact shipper. Shipper does not respond. Blaming me for choosing shipper. Crazy

I ordered shoes on August 5, 2021, paid and received a tracking number that never could be tracked. That should have been my first clue that something was off. They responded promptly to my emails, telling me that due to Covid shipping had been delayed. I waited an waited, I called my credit card company and of course it was past the time the were able to get involved. CoCo Sneakers had strung me along just long enough to get past that deadline. This company is a complete fraud. They will not respond to my emails any longer, I am being completely ghosted. Do not do business with them unless you want to throw money away.
