Terrible customer service and worse products
Terrible customer service and worse products! I ordered the Bluetooth earbuds that they sell and the quality is horrible. They have no noise cancelling whatsoever. So if I have the earbuds in I can hear a fly in the room. They are also very uncomfortable. After the second use they have stopped working an say something in cantonese or mandarin which is odd as they were set to English. So save yourself some cash and shop elsewhere.

I like the product
I like the product. I brought 2 pairs of airpods from them however one pair only the left works, the right ears comes on for 2 seconds and then says power off. I’ve reached out multiple times in reference to my purchase, however no Resolution has been made to the avail.

Faulty products and no customer support.
Ordered two pairs of their bluetooth ear pods. One is for me, one was to be a present. They were a little tricky to figure out, but then worked great. For about 15 minutes... Then the battery died despite the fact the reading on my phone said they had 80% battery. I charged again for 12 hours and the left pod immediately said low battery and died, so I guess there's something faulty with it. The Right was still working for about 20 mins before it also died again, despite having full charge. I have asked for help from customer support email and via Facebook messenger and they have not responded. AVOID this company,
