2 weeks and items still have not been received
I bought $30 worth of primogems almost 2 weeks ago. I still have not received them. I requested a ticket after 3 hours of not having received said items, to which they replied it has been added to my account. It was not. I sent a follow-up email explaining this situation, and even after a week passed and 3 follow-ups, I got no response. I decided to create another ticket to which I got told to wait 24-72 hours for an update. It has been 5 days since, and no reply. If you’re going to buy, beware of the abnormally long wait.
