Does the team fix it? Yes, but not after a long period of time.

This period of time is also what will lead you to over run your trial period for a refund.

If you have a very small online store, you could use this plugin, but the site you have likely has built in features to fulfil your needs.

The support will eventually fix your bug after a long time but not before they have a rude back and forth with you.

Oh, do you need it fixed urgently? Well if they are on holiday forget about it. Also, they won't tell you they are on holiday.

They will leave you in the lurch.

Avoid and find a theme with a built in product table or similar feature.

Terrible customer service - time delays 12 hours plus, not reading your message properly and giving you instructions which are not required.
