Love the website. I bought my first android source code from codecanyon. And the author was also helpful for me. They deserve 5 starts rating.

Codecanyon deleted my one star review, but not only mine but all the one star reviews that the customers gave them, Whyyyyy, this is against the law, they are making people buy not working codes form their site, Don't buy an app called Binder Dating App it has a lot of bugs and all the reviews are fake and whenever you give a one star rating with a bad review they remove it

Envato is a company that protect fiddlers.

I purchased a source code in codecanyon. But it didn't work properly. Then i ask author to fix it many times but all those time he neglected to response. Then i ask for refund and also i send email to envato describing my needs they also didn't give me proper solution for that. Now they have send me an email saying that within tow days they cancel my ticket.

I have purchased apps, theam, templates and script many times from various website and developers. But this is the first time that i faced such a wast situation. Please don't think your customers are fool.

I don't have any issues with code-canyon, i have been with them for over 7 years no issues, however you need to have an mid level knowledge of coding if not in most cases it does not work, and in some rear cases you find some doughy authors that does not care about its customers and don't even reply.

Stay away from author SmarterVision, they are a bunch of dodgy devs, keep away, also i would highly recommend check the reviews and comments, they are for the most part 100% accurate.

Terrible site to buy from. The Plugin I bought did not work according to spec and they refuse to give a refund.
When I created a dispute on Paypal they blocked my access to all my downloads...

UPDATE: 22 Sep 2020:
After Paypal did the investigation they gave me the full refund.
However, Codecanyon / Envanto etc wrote back and told me to pay back the money that Payal gave me as a refund.
If i do not pack back the refund they will keep my account with my other purchases LOCKED forever!!!

How is this for outright THEFT of apps etc I have bought over years and now the refuse to give me access unless I pay back the refund...

There refund system does not work as they refuse any refunds completely...

I would recommend going to buy to their suppliers and coders directly as they all have websites... do not
buy through evanto and their other sites... they will NEVEr refund you

Do not buy plugins from AcessKeys, their plugins are lackluster and they'll never accept a refund.

The descriptions are misleading as well.

worst place to buy code from is codecayon.net . as there is no regulations on what people say on the selling pages and what you get in once you buy it. It is literally biggest internet frauds in today's modern world. I purchased this shoppers flutter eCommerce app which says full eCommerce app but does not have a working shopping cart. and on top of that i ask the support team which is the developer - he says i never specified it had full eCommerce. Some one should tell me full eCommerce means a working shopping cart. Now i try to contact evanto they never reply.

They are running an illegal operation by censoring bad reviews to make it look like everything on there is trustworthy! The "authors" pay Envato to remove 1-star reviews & when confronted they threatened to close my account!

So many people can't be wrong, I ignored these reviews and here I am writing. Never buy anything from these following domains: AudioJungle, ThemeForest, VideoHive, GraphicRiver, 3DOcean, CodeCanyon, PhotoDune, ElementsStudio. They are all owned by the same scam company. They will gobble all your money and lock your account with some silly excuse.

They will never unlock your account and You will end paying more money. Never buy anything from them, You can donate the money to some charity rather than these crooks. They will never allow you to rate negatively unless you rate 5 star. If you will insist with your reviews, They will lock your account and never reply to your emails.

Such despicable cheats.

It's cheaper for similar products and support than elsewhere. If you are new with publishing apps at google play or ios, I recommend you start here.

We purchased a plugin which was full of bugs and kept breaking. After contacting the plugin support, which were no help whatsoever. We left a bad review for the plugin.

They then removed our reviews and kept doing so ! Do not trust any plugin reviews on this site because the plugin authors can choose which ones they keep.

Bought 50+ items, for those I give 4-5 stars, reviews are permanent
For those items which has errors and security issues, I give 1-3 stars, my all 1-3 star reviews are deleted by codecanyon and all 5 star reviews are there.
This is just fooling those users who want to see genuine buyer reviews.

I bought a woocommerce plugin off this site which did not work. They tried top fix it but it still did not work. Sent them a video of it not working but they said it worked on their site. Not very helpful and asked for a refund. Pretty simple, product does work please give money. But NO NO NO. And this is what codecanyon said "Since this is a digital item, we can only offer a refund if it's proven faulty, malfunctioning, or misleading. Unlike tangible stuff, these cannot be returned once downloaded". So obviousily showing them a video if it not working does not prove that it is faulty. Not very nice developer or seller.

Some of these reviews are very unfair. It's true there are some poor offerings on the site but there are also some excellent ones. It's true many programmers are in India or Egypt, so what?
If you understand how to code (even a bit) you can quickly work out if the author understands what they are talking about and you pick your supplier accordingly. If you can't then this site is not for you.
Too many people expect to pay $10 and get a fully working UBER copy without understanding what is required to install and customize the code

Not good, they don't refund a plugin even it's not working.

codecanyon is not recommended to build your business all of their sellers are based india they will sell for you crap scripts without refund avoid codecanyon because it's full of indian spammers

extremely disappointment, no support at all, I purchased buggy plugin ,tried to contact author, never get through so requested refund, had to ask paypal for support, as soon AS I did that, my account has been locked. Is this even legal???
