Not everything was perfect, but their honesty made the whole experience feel genuine.

This is a TOTAL SCAM ! They did not deliver stole over $500 run. The person I was working with was amazing then he QUIT ‼️🚫 they refuse to even give a partial refund! I simply do not trust them. 100% money back garuntee is a lie ! I’m dedicating my time to reporting this fake company! You give someone what they paid for ! Then the lies they told me were unreal! Oliver is a liar ! I worked with Moses, Zach , and Joe Connor . I have no website but I have emails and receipts.

I don't even know where to start.

First off, the proposal and agreed delivery date was set for two months, but due to constant issues with communication on their end, it was delayed an additional 5 months. We had a developer named George working with us. He had almost no form of communication whatsoever and that transitioned over to another developer named Oscar. Despite the setbacks and missing of the time frame by almost half a year, we were not offered any form of compensation and had Oscar in particular continually argue with us and repeatedly try to force us to use their servers despite us clearly and explicitly saying that we did not wish to be upsold or forced to do anything. Oscar repeatedly told us in phone calls that he claimed were recorded that we would not be able to have our finalized product without signing onto their service. Then, we requested changelog documentation so we could see if they were actively working on our project. Oscar refused to provide it and became even more combative in our communications. Finally, Peter, from an entirely different company called Digit Designs, took over our project and fostered decent communications.

The problems didn't stop there. In our terms and proposal, we also had clauses for proper help in onboarding someone from our team to manage the website, which was not done. There were no instructions given even through email, a PDF, or a readme. We ended up having to request help from WordPress to parse the website and do any changes. Additionally, we had to deactivate some plugins because they were flagged by WordPress as non-genuine or pirated or they didn't have the serial keys they were supposed to have.

Additionally, the entire structure of the website itself is a complete mess, where none of the editing is intuitive. There is no product page template, there is no template for a blog page, there is no template for a If we had documentation on the website, it would be better, but for now, we're slowly working through it and figuring out what the hell is going on with it.

This is a scam!!! They started my project in October of last year with a verbal agreement of it being done at the beginning of the year. It wasn't complete by February so I called they had a bunch of excuses and refused to send my money back and asked for another month. March comes around still isn't finished i ask for a refund and again no refund so they send me a date of March 17th to have the project finished if I gave them what they needed to finish the website. I answered every call, email, and text. A week after the deadline there still not finished. I'm on the phone for hours trying to get a refund they just kept asking for more time but supposably would send it in a few weeks. So called the bank and credit card company to put in disputes. A few minutes ago I get a threatening call from a private number about my disputes. Saying there going to fight them and I'm not getting my money back and that they'll never work on a project again for me. And are going to lie and say I didn't give them what they needed to finish the website. There cooks and will steal your money don't do business with them.

These people are scammers, they’ll pretend to do the research and work, but just ask you for a ridiculous amount of money up front without any results. Their website is fake and their phone number is disconnected. Do not fall for these people they will sell you your dream and not deliver. Also their invoice is sketchy and their prices don’t add up! STAY AWAY!!! Currently reporting them as fraudulent to my bank. Their good reviews are all fake!!!

DONOT 😭give your money to this site and George,olive,tom Asian accent got me close to 17,000 for 8 logos 2 blank websites that they advised me to buy my own domain sites at auction that he told me was a top tier name paid 3000 for it and found it's worth less 100$ real bad business and they used 5 different company names plus bark.com to facilitate there con the number on site 18777780247 does not work and they used 7 phone # with 510 area code but none work currently in dispute they charged on two different co. Design logic shop amex credit me already waiting on visa charge by creative induction both fraudulent websites and addresses and digit design studio on charge back paper work with false emails that I approved and trust pilot rating they can take negative comments down 👎🏽 and some of these 5 star are kinda of suspicious

Now waiting for GoDaddy to investigate the action with that very suspicious domain auction! These were supposed to be community based sites for field of dreams proposed project and homeless and affordable housing and wellness centers for mental health and everyday social issues of all people ! These guys just took my whole soul !

Please watch out, these guys are scammers and money grabbers. I was working on a nonprofit website, man named George and his team mate named Thomas, They asked me to pay 5,500$ for ADA Compliance to my website which it costs les than 400$ and never deliver and when I ask them to refund the money they disappear.
