I started this program in order to get a better paid job. Since I did not know what to study to fit better the profile of the type of companies I was aiming for, I needed guidance to not waste my time and energy.
Then I few weeks after having started (not even half way through the program) I was contacted by one of my goal companies to apply for a Software engineer position. During the whole process I received help from both Dragos and Bogdan and following their advice I got the job. Now I'm trying to follow the program and get as much as possible from it since the content it's almost exactly what I'll be dealing in my new job. I recommend this program to anyone who does not want to waste time and is willing to do the work.

I had the feeling that I was missing a lot of key skills that senior developers should have.

I was impressed with the professional image part, but more so with the first week where I had to delve into the skills that I need for the types of positions I might be applying for in the future.

The technical parts were also really great, I was so impressed with the frontend performance section as that had always eluded me in the past. In more recent weeks, unlocking cloud, even if just scratching the surface, was a big step for me. It's an intimidating concept, so being able to get my hands dirty felt like a big win for me. I have been with the programme for a few weeks now and I have already seen improvements with my professional profile, (a better understanding of how to market myself online and with my CV) and my technical skills (i.e. a deeper dive into testing beyond my current experience).
I feel I'm in that nebulous space between junior and senior with no idea how to effectively fill my skill gaps and level up, I think this programme is really helping with that by introducing/re-introducing the most important areas to focus on and providing opportunities to practice and gain experience in those areas. There are twice weekly group Q & A's with the organisers and other participants of this programme. There is also a LinkedIn forum and email for queries when you get stuck so there is plenty of help available. Overall a great experience so far and I'm confident this will continue.

Dragos and Bogdan are very knowledgable, the program is really good, you will dive quite deep into several topics like clean code, ci / cd and cloud.

The instructors Bogdan and Dragos really know their stuff. I enjoyed that the course had a good mix of both theoretical knowledge and practical steps. I also really liked the structure where all the different weeks were built on top of each other. The weekly sessions with Bogdan and Dragos were really good.

I joined the course to learn how to make myself a better and more professional developer. Even though I wasn't really looking for a new job, I still got two job offers during the first couple of weeks of the course.
