Ordered item on 11-25-25

Ordered item on 11-25-25, approved design immediately, money came out of my account immediately. It's now been 42-days and I still do not have item. Have reached out many times, basically getting no help.

No communication form seller

No communication form seller, had to request receipt and tracking information, Didn't hear anything from them through the whole process which took over a month and a half from date of order to date I received the order and I contacted them 3 times via email with no answer back. Horrible Communication and shipping. The product itself, came out smaller than the confirmation they sent me. Be cautious.
