Very disappointed, I tried contacting this company 18 times through mail since I’m out the continent and I can’t call from here. I’ve been charged unfairly from another company (Hallon) and escalated it to inkasso, which I payed blindly but after contacting this company (Hallon) they closed the case and said I should get my money back since it was their mistake. Haven’t gotten not even 1 reply. This is the worst customer service I experienced in my life. Please contact me back and I’ll provide details if needed but I want my money back.

I repeat, I cannot log in sine the case it’s been closed but I haven’t received my money back either. I tried mailing and no response. And I cannot call… please give me a solution to this problem I want my 400sek back!!!!

"Your response is unacceptable. I do not speak English/Swedish fluently and communicate via translation tools. I require all payment details in writing to ensure accuracy. I have already provided Case No. 3940114. There is no legal 'compliance' reason preventing you from emailing an IBAN and a total balance. I am prepared to pay 680 SEK + statutory fees immediately. Stop forcing a phone call that is impossible due to the language barrier and provide the details via email."

They do not inform you of any open balance or give you any warning. But they tend to send you the invoice weeks later, including the so call „first“ warning, which already amounts to double of the original purchase price. I don’t see it is fair. So to those who see this post, please be aware of any shops that have cooperation with them, for example, Lidl under the company name Schwarz Digits Payment GmbH.
