On the main page, a huge selling point for me was the “free courses” that would supposedly be provided by COET. When I joined the platform, I wasn’t able to find these courses and I made contact with customer support. I was told to contact a higher support level but didn’t receive a response. When I sent my second email to the higher support team, my account was closed with a few days left on my subscription.
COET is selling on stuff they do not provide.
I gave one star because there was not an option for 0. Or negative numbers. I contacted Coet.ai prior to my "trial" ending to cancel as I no longer needed the platform after deciding to go a different route. For the second month now, they have continued to charge my card and proceeded to send me emails and texts stating that I need to update my payment. I sent them the 3rd email today asking them to please stop trying to charge my card! Every time they attempt to charge the card, it is another $35 fee from my bank! That was not a trial I signed for. It was apparently a way for them to get my credit card number and continue to charge even after I canceled. It's extremely violating! Beware!!!
I actually like the platform and especially the community, but It is not perfect. I have written multiple times to both support and the owners/founders and haven't heard from answer from anyone. Unfortunately this means that I can't pause my subscription, as I need help from them to cancel my subscription. So that means im paying 100$ every month and can't cancel it even though I have tried to get help from support to cancel it. I still hope to hear from them so that I can get help to pause my membership.
