Coffee and Blowouts is definitely the best blowout bar in the Tampa Bay area. I love the cozy coffee shop vibe combined with a sleek blow dry bar—soft lighting, cute decor and spotless stations make it feel like a spa. The perfume bar on the way out is a wonderful touch too. Prices are beyond fair for the quality of service and personal atterntion. The staff is quite friendly, skilled and make you feel right at home. Josh also makes amazing coffee, and his cuts and color are the best!

I can’t say enough great things about Joshua!! He truly knows how to work his magic. I am very picky on who styles and cuts my hair but I gained Joshua’s trust after my first time meeting him. He has cut and styled my hair many times and I loooove what he does! You won’t regret it!

I am so happy with my results from seeing Josh for my hair. A previous stylist left me with really stripey highlights, and Josh meticulously blended them in to look so beautiful and natural. What’s even more amazing is he got my hair SO light but it is still in wonderful healthy condition - no dryness or split ends. I would highly recommend him!
