We are delighted with the cups, saucers and mugs that we bought. The design is beautiful, and the cups and mugs are lovely to drink from.

Lovely product, quick efficient delivery with excellent packaging at a reasonable price

I bought a very nice mug from coffeecups. It fits underneath my espresso machine while sitting in some scales perfectly. It is perfect for a latte.

I’ve bought cups from these folk twice now. They have good stock and you’ll find what you need, also (and most importantly) their service is second to none. Delivery is very fast and the care that goes into packing is evident, really phenomenally well packed. I think they mainly supply restaurants and cafés but they have been top notch on the little orders for our home use. I recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

I have used coffeecups multiple times for customised and stock items and have always received quick and helpful service, with questions answered quickly and goods despatched promptly and very well packed in recycled materials. My most recent order of customised items had a bit of a tight deadline and it was delivered a whole week early.

The custom designs I've had made are printed in sharp detail, are neatly applied and are holding up well in regular domestic use. On the one occasion where I had a breakage of an item in transit, I sent a photo of the broken item in and it was replaced very quickly.

Their provision of a wide range of hospitality quality tableware, offered for sale as individual items to both the trade and general public, may be unmatched in the UK as these products are generally only available in bulk from companies that prefer to deal with the catering trade.

I would not hesitate to recommend coffeecups to anyone looking for quality tableware.

Coffeecups has a no fuss site to navigate with very reasonable prices, delivered promptly, extremely well packaged and best of all....no minimum order!

Most suppliers have a minimum order but Coffeecups were not only happy to provide us with a single teapot lid to replace a breakage, but they sent 6 different sized lids for us to try, and furthermore they only charged for delivery. That is going above and beyond!

I now have the plate, bowl & cup. Absolutely love this set.

Good prices compared to high street names, nice designs, and clear on cup capacity so you can easily get an idea on the size. I got a couple of sizes of coffee cups and some espresso cups. I like that saucers are sold separately, because I never use the saucers to they would just clutter up my house. Dispatched quickly and packaged well. Would buy from here again

Good price, quick delivery, well protected during transit

The shipment was carefully and securely packed. The mugs are of good quality.
However, I am a little disappointed. I was looking for porcelain mugs, but these are ceramic. Thicker and heavier than I expected.
