Fast delivery & great customer service
Pleasure to deal with this company. My order was received very quickly and well protected in the packaging. I had a slight issue with one of the items but more a preference on my part, rather than fault of Coffeecups. Kate was amazing. She didn’t give up and persisted in making sure I was happy. Good morning Richard. We don't supply seconds . We do supply catering ranges of cups to anyone, including the general public . The cups you purchased are from the Utopia Barista range . They are an imported range made in China . Made to a price but giving great performance in the coffee shop world . It's not Royal Doulton and not priced as such ! You evidently aren't happy with them and that's fine you are of course able to return them to us for a full no quibble refund and I can assist you with this and will email you . You can have a free collection from your house . It's a real shame you have gone straight to this one star review without contacting us first when we would have immediately sorted a return and refund for you or found any other solution you would like . You'll see from our ( so far !) unblemished reviews we are an extremely diligent company when it comes to customer service and response . We ALWAYS answer the phone ( no robots ) or WhatsApp or email or live chat and could have quickly sorted this out . All of these contact methods and return options were detailed on the delivery note and letter enclosed with your order . Ordered with coffee cups multiple times, about to place a large order with them again today which reminded me to leave this review!
Great quality products, came quickly also and getting in contact was very easy. Spoke to Kate on WhatsApp and she then even came to visit my restaurant in person and saw the items ordered in use!
Really impressed overall and love that it’s a fellow family business, will place many more orders in future I’m sure.

Ordering glass tankards
I ordered tankards which should have arrived in time for Christmas but due to problems with the carrier they didn't. Kate was responsive on email even outside working hours & consistently helpful & apologetic about the delay which was outside their control. When the tankards arrived they were very heavy & I requested to change them which was organised for me with no fuss or extra cost. Somehow throughout, an incorrect post code was used but the excellent personal customer service more then compensated.
