I regret ordering my fancy Italian $1800 espresso machine from this bogus outfit, Coffeeionado. It arrived scratched. I called several times, and filled out the damage claim on their website, but no one answers the phone, ever…nor responded via email to my damage claim. An incompetent man finally called after I threatened to take it up with the credit card company and said ‘they’re waiting to hear from the manufacturer’ who wasn’t responding. This company has zero customer service skills. In the end, I’m supposed to get $150 back, but the kid on the phone had no idea how I’ll get it back. I doubt I will. Their ‘Live Chat’ is nothing but a robot. It’s a scam-like business that should not exist. I absolutely do not recommend’Coffeeionado’

I ordered an esspresso machine online. The next day they called me and told me it was back ordered even though the site said 3 left, then they offered to sell me another machine for $2500 more. I told them that is not the machine I want and please refund my card. Upon checking with the bank it looks like they initiated a refund and charged me $147 for not having the machine i wanted in stock. Stay away from Coffeeionado. They do not understand how good professional business relationships work...or they do and don't care. You have been warned.

THIS IS THE WORST E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! I ordered a $1,500+ espresso machine from Coffeeionado on December 2, 2023 for a Christmas gift. They advertised express shipping for orders and that they were located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It felt more than reasonable given their info that the gift would be delivered prior to Christmas (to Colorado, US). WRONG! But I wouldn’t know it for weeks and multiple calls and emails. The support team did a terrible job of communicating when I called multiple times I NEVER got a call back, I only received email replies days later saying “it’s out of our control” that offered no further info or solution. I later find out that they were just buying the machines from the manufacturer abroad. I would have NEVER bought it from Coffeeionado if I knew they didn’t even possess the product they sold me with no communication it was coming from overseas with long lead time. Then they tell me they will ship it 2-3 day once they have it. Lies again! It’s being shipped cheap and slow and should take another week. The espresso machine (that still hasn’t arrived and it’s January 4) isn’t estimated to be delivered for over 5 weeks from my purchase date of Dec 2. Now I see other reviews on Facebook that indicate product failures and similar experiences. COFFEEIONADO CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
