Ordered an espresso coffee pot for a Christmas present (did arrive in time at least) and it came with the post sticker slapped on the product box itself, which was also all banged up with rips and dents. The lid on the coffee pot itself is slightly crooked and doesn't even close properly. I paid roughly $40 for the coffee pot (they're charging $55 now!!) so knew it wasn't going to be the highest quality, but it's shipped straight from China so likely just an Aliexpress product, and they couldn't even be bothered to it put in a cardboard box to ship :( . Reading these other comments, it's no surprise that they don't have the option to leave a review on their actual website.

Be aware!! we purchased a coffee Tamp kit off these people, it was cheaper for sure, but did not work properly the spring was faulty, contacted them took 3-4 days for a reply they requested a video, admitted it took a week or so for me to do so , after a few days of me asking they said they didn't receive it, I sent again, still slow reply and they said they couldn't open it, so I emailed them and returned via courier, no email no communication from them, then it was returned to us, I emailed them and said we were not happy had purchased another tamp due to needing for a customer this is the fastest reply we have received below, unbelievable appalling service
" As outlined in our returns policy, if a product has an issue, we will always remedy it first where possible before considering a refund. In this case, we repaired the spring mechanism and confirmed the tamper is now functioning correctly and within the normal operating range for this model.
Because the issue has been remedied and the product is not faulty, it does not qualify for a refund under either our policy or the Consumer Guarantees Act.

You are welcome to return the tamper if you choose, but please note that we do not require it to be sent back, as the item is fully functional. Returning it will not change the outcome."
and guess what? ITS STILL FAULTY, so I've thrown it in the rubbish bin.

Ordered the wrong stainless steal coffee pods, used the mobile number on the site got a quick reply and they changed them for me - pods came from offshore but only took just over a week. Products and service were great

I would like to give 0 stars but that is not an option. I ordered an item from this company in January and it has not arrived. The tracking number does not work and email responses have been slow and unhelpful. Please use another vendor.

Absolute scam. Advertises brand new products, but drop-ships generic junk direct from China. Coffee parts thrown into a box loose. They actively hide their contact details and names to make getting your money back a nightmare.

Bought 2 shakers for $36.95 each and $7.95 for shipping. These products cost less than $2 each in China (aliexpress) which is where Coffee Lovers dropship them from, the delivery is from China which could take months. This is a scam website. In total, I paid over $80 for two shakers.

Ordered a coffee grinder expecting it to be in the country and delivered in days. Emailed company to ask when to expect order. No reply in 2 days. Find a number on website. Recorded message says company has zero stock in NZ and delivery can take up to 60 days. Would not have ordered item if this was made clear when ordering.

Great value but the website is misleading. It's not until you get the shipping information that you realise that this is effectively a shopfront for an AliExpress vendor. Retrospectively lowering my expectations on getting my products anytime in the near future. Also explains their questionable approach to consumer rights with 'no exchanges'.
