Do not order from this company....they charged my account immediately, and I waited for one month...my package came, without any return address, and was unopened, and no shipping papers. The sweatshirt was thin, and very small. Not at all like the photos. The printing was good quality. I have sent an email, but from what I read here...I wont' get an answer. Very disappointed..Too bad, because the photos are really nice,....cute sweatshirts...quality ok, but fabric is not the same as on photos...very thin...tee shirt like, and run very small for adults sizing.

Never received order, they don’t respond to customer service. SCAM

Only received part of my order, horrendous quality of jumpers for the price. Absolute waste of money. Never again

I placed my order on jan 15th, 2021 and NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. it is now Feb 24th. I have sent several emails to the company, I have sent several twitter and instagram DMS but NO RESPONSE!!! I never received a tracking number or anything from them. They took my money and that was it. I wish I would've checked reviews from this site before purchasing. Please don't make the mistake I made. I have been trying to contact the company for weeks now and no one is responding meanwhile "American Nomad" is constantly active and tweeting on twitter. Apparently this company is a scam that just takes your money and you will never receive your order. They need to be shut down immediately before they continue to scam more people.

They ship out the wrong sizes and they refuse to answer emails. All I wanted was for them to answer an email and send the correct size but apparently, after they take your money you don't matter to them anymore. I tried to get into contact with them for over a month and still haven't heard back. I will tell everyone I know who even considers getting things from them this experience and advice against it. I run a small business too. It doesn't give you an excuse to ignore emails and send out the wrong thing and never respond.

In April of 2018, I followed an account on Twitter called American Nomad (@coffee_n_mtns). They seemed like a cute small business that had similar ideals to me, they even direct messaged me a thank you for following them and answered some product questions I had. On 11/20/20 I decided to finally purchase their "Vintage Montana" sweatshirt size XL from them, everything went smoothly during the transaction. I made sure their website was secure, my information was entered correctly, and I even screenshotted the order confirmation. My bank account was then charged $32.30, they sent a confirmation email saying they will send the tracking number later when the product is shipped, and they also asked for me to download the app "Shop" to track my order. Then a few weeks went by with no communication and no tracking number, so I emailed them on 12/4/20 asking for an update on my order. I received no response. I then turned to their social media, where we have chatted months ago, and asked politely for communication about my order. I messaged them on Twitter on 12/9/20 and 12/15/20, on Instagram (@coffeeandmtns) on 12/15/20, I commented on their Instagram posts asking for them to check their email but they ended up deleting the comments. I then found another girl also commenting the same thing on their account so I decided to direct message her on 12/15/20 to see if she was having similar issues. She confirmed that she is also not receiving any communication and is starting to think this company is a scam. The very next day 12/16/20 the company sent me a "Your order is on the way" email with a tracking number. I was pleased to see that there was progress, however, the lack of communication is very upsetting. On 12/21/20 I FINALLY received my sweater. I was so excited to get it and finally be done with this situation, but when I opened the package, the product I received was very wrong. It was misprinted and had a ton of spelling mistakes. Where it was supposed to say "Trail Blazing," it says "Teail Slatino," where it should say "Legendary Bikers" it reads "radary Bikers," also the date printed on it should be 1901 but instead says 1903. I also ordered an XL and although the product says that, it fits me more as a medium should. Once again I am extremely disappointed and frustrated because I know they have poor communication and I will struggle to try to get a refund. I emailed them on both 12/21/20 and 12/23/20, no response. I messaged them on Instagram on 12/25/20, on Twitter on 12/21/20, no response. I commented on their social media, but again they deleted the comments. I am at a loss at what to do, I already contacted my bank and they are working on a dispute claim for me, but I want to make sure this company gets shut down if they are truly a scam. Between the long waiting, lack of communication, and faulty product I am convinced this is a fraudulent company. Please don't fall victim like I did, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. In fact, if you want to go ahead a report them on social media, I recommend it, that's what I did.

I strongly dislike that I had to give this crooked company even 1 star. As others have posted, DO NOT ORDER from this fraudulent site. I made my purchase a month ago, charged the next day, and have received no updates, tracking info, merchandise, or response to any of my 3 messages sent to the company. I ended up finding the EXACT same item (down to the tags on the inside of the coat) on Amazon for half the price and delivered 2 days later. For others that have had the same experience, file a dispute with your bank/credit card co. for a chargeback. This scam of an operation needs to be shut down! They have no regard for anyone & they should not be allowed to keep stealing from us & other vendors by reselling their goods for a much higher amount.

Wow I wish I had seen this site prior to ordering. I placed an order over a month ago and have not had any contact. I've reached out to the company twice now with no reply. Quite frustrated. I saw another review say you can report the shop on shopify. Trying to figure out how to do that now. American Nomad needs to be shut down.

I have ordered for american nomad twice, although i have received all my items (eventually...), i noticed that she just steals this stuff from other companies. i’ve seen a lot of brandy melville on her site, and many other name brands. i have contacted some of the brands to let them know and they are obviously not pleased. do not order from them. if you find cute stuff on the site, try to find the actual retailer!!!!

Like others on here, I’ve order from this company. The first time I ordered I received my package so once I thought I could trust them I order three more items(a shirt, and two sweatshirts) and only received the shirt and never got the sweatshirts. DO NOT order from them. No replies to emails. No compensation. Don’t order from them.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I ordered two shirts from this company back in May of 2019 and NEVER received them! They took my money and never gave me a product. It’s a huge scam. Never purchase from them. They wouldn’t let me cancel my order either

Like the other customers here, we never received our order, the company does not reply to multiple emails and they charged us right when the order was placed rather than waiting until it was shipped. I find it interesting that the company takes absolutely no returns. This is a very unusual policy for an online clothing store. Would not order from them ever!

American Nomad is a total scam and only takes your money!! I had bought a shirt almost 4 months ago and still has not received it. And they instantly take your money. So I had emailed them about 5 times to see what was going on, haven’t got one reply!!!!They have been updating their website and are active, which means they are avoiding my emails! Do not buy ANYTHING!! I would make this 0 stars!!!!!

Megan runs a basic China drop shipping store and takes all your money, I received one shirt out of 5 and it’s been almost a year. No response from her. Hilarious! Hope she has a real job.

total scam. i ordered a shirt and a sweatshirt and I just received the shirt 5 weeks after ordering it. it is NOTHING like what they advertise. it is clearly a cheap shirt that is in a child’s size large and not adult size. The color is also not the same at all either. i have not received my 2nd item and i wasted almost $40 for both items. I didn’t read reviews for once when i totally should have. again DO NOT ORDER from American Nomad. try to find the items somewhere else.

I’d give minus stars if possible. Ordered two rings 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. I understand our world is in crisis, but I have emailed twice, even expressing that I know deliveries are slower these days, but still haven’t received a response.

They took my money and I am a fool for not reading reviews first. I always do and the one time I didn’t, I got scammed.

Please don’t order from this company. If you want to give money away, donate to charity instead.

Never order from these evil people! Taking people's hard earned money everyday! No responses after I emailed and dmed them. I am at a loss of words and I cannot believe how foolish I was to not check the reviews before ordering. I ordered one sweatshirt (white USA sweatshirt, $20.00) on October 14 and have had no replies and order has never come. COMPLETE SCAM

It’s been 5 months and my shirts haven’t shipped. I’ve kindly reached out to the shop owner multiple times and have been ignored each time. This is a company that sources cheap from China, steals designs, and drop ships them. They will take your money, do not order. Contact your bank to open up a dispute to get your money back and report them to Shopify.
