Very poor service!

Visited here today.
Very disappointed with the service .
On arrival at 3.30pm we were advised they would be closing at 4pm but were welcome to have coffee etc. Fair enough!
Ordered a cup of tea and their ‘doorstop toast’.
Not sure what we were expecting but we received one small stingy piece of toast and an extremely strong cup of tea with a tea bag in a mug. I couldn't drink it. Don't think tea should be served like this.
We also felt uncomfortable as they were waiting to close and took our plates away as soon as we finished the toast, then hovered around.
Needless to say we won’t be making a return visit.
