I placed an order on 16 January 2026, the money was taken from my bank immediately but I still haven't received the order two months later. I have chased by email twice but not received a reply and I have tried telephoning the number on the website but it comes up as an incorrect number. What a shambles. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone trying to us this company

Sadly I didn’t read the reviews before placing my order. I too have had a bad experience with this company. My order never arrived and I’m now fighting for my refund. Therefore I cannot recommend buying from them!

I placed an order and did not receive any coffee, after 2 weeks I still have no answer to my inquiry.
p.s. Yes, I received the coffees on November 3rd, and the refund is not my action, I assume the third party. And please do not deny the delayed delivery of three weeks.

Terrible customer services
Terrible customer services. I contacted them twice regarding a mistake on the address and no response to either email direct or on Facebook.
Not received product apparently still being processed 8 days after I submitted the order and still no confirmation to a delivery date or even when it might be sent

Ordered 12 days ago, paid for delivery within 3-5 days and order still not arrived. Not received a response to the email asking for an update.
Do not order from the shop, clearly it’s fraudulent and taking peoples money.
Clearly from all of the reviews below it’s impossible for so many orders to get “lost” in the post or delayed.
I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards tomorrow as it is a scam.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Having placed an order for a coffee machine, I had to pursue them to post out my order, they then sent out the wrong machine, I had to chase up a return label and finally they did not process a refund despite numerous emails and messages through their website portal. They are a rip-off company and should not be in business. An awful company.
