Ordering was easy and was despatched…
Ordering was easy and was despatched with 48 hr tracking.
I had to contact customer services as my parcel didn’t arrive when it should have and seamed to be stuck in 1 place so I exchanged emails with Emilia & I can honestly say the customer service is 110% and more!
The parcel has now arrived in good order and I am over the moon that I can now have my morning caffeine :)

Excellent product, woeful delivery
The coffee and chocolate products I have ordered have been excellent, very efficient service and price. This would have warranted a score of five stars but was let down by our woeful postal service, which took a week to deliver a package marked as Tracked-48.
