Coggin Sustainable Office Solutions is a Preston-based, family-owned business operating nationally across the UK. With roots going back to 1969 and three generations of experience, we have specialised in office furniture for over 30 years. We work with SMEs, corporate teams, public sector organisations and industry partners on four connected services: supplying quality used and refurbished office furniture, refurbishing and repairing furniture our clients already own, clearing offices and commercial spaces, and recycling what cannot be reused through a documented, zero-to-landfill process. Every clearance job comes with full documentation including Waste Transfer Notes, in line with our duty of care as a registered waste carrier, dealer and broker (Environment Agency registration CBDU261708). We are also Alcumus SafeContractor approved. Our reuse-first approach means furniture is always assessed for resale or refurbishment before recycling is considered. Clients receive a written impact report showing the weight and number of items diverted from landfill. We supply from stock and can turn around refurbishment projects from our Preston workshop, with our own transport fleet and trusted logistics partners for national coverage.
