Have been interested in trying these kind of supplements for a while now, so thought what’s the worst that could happen? May as well give it a go.
After receiving the free trial, the first day I felt no effect (which I expected as it says the effects built up over time). However on the second day, 45/60 mins after taking the pills, I started feeling nauseous, dizzy and very jittery, like I’d just drunk a few cans of energy drink at once. I was not under the effects of any other supplements etc.(hadn’t even had any caffeine) so became quite scared and panicky, I spent the next hour being physically sick and retching.. had to take the afternoon off work and I became quite fearful as it didn’t improve until another 1-2 hours.
Needless to say I did not take the other three days supply, and this has left me very untrusting of companies like this. Please be wary if you intend on using the product!

Avoid this company like the plague.
They scam you by sending free samples and taking your bank details telling you that you can cancel the subscription within 10 days. You try to cancel and their cancellation link makes you think you’ve cancelled it when you haven’t. Only to be billed later on and then refuse to refund you when they know their website is designed to trick you when you go to cancel the subscription.

I can definitely tell a small effect on my already very effective supplement regimen. Waiting for the 3 months mark and beyond if they truly give me what I need right now.

I was sceptical but prepared to give them a try, I’ve been pleasantly surprised at the results, I’m concentrating longer, more energy and greater productivity at work. I’m definitely converted!

I'm usually not keen on reviewing the products I use but Cogniora made me feel like it's worth the time.
Why? Because they actually work. I indeed feel energised and focused. Great deliver times, service, and product! Would definitely recommend it.

Paid postage for 'free sample' on Facebook. The pills were useless. BEWARE THE SMALLPRINT. I was then charged £119 (59 pound recurring payment) over 2 months for 2 boxes of useless pills. Several e mails threatening court action eventually stopped it but still wont get money back.SCAM.

Product sounded interesting so I, like many others by the looks of other reviews, purchased a free trial. I then noticed that I had been tricked into a subscription so cancelled within the hour of purchasing the trial. I received an email confirming the cancellation the same evening (4th October) but two weeks later, I noticed that £59.76 was still taken from my account. Having contacted Cogniora directly over two weeks ago, I have still heard nothing. I'm now in the process of speaking to the relevant Ombudsman and the Citizens Advice who can hopefully ensure that this scam doesn't continue. I notice that Cogniora do reply to negative comments, mainly blaming the customer for not noticing their trickery, but having noticed, cancelled and to still have had money taken is disgusting. If it was a genuine mistake, you'd have thought that amendments would of been made to their site to avoid this scenario, as over 50% of the reviews state the same issues. The fact that no changes have been made confirms in my mind that this is a scam.

A shady company that will take money out of your bank account without you knowing.
Tried their free trial and was charged £58 a while later. Absolutely dispicable business taking money from people during a very vulnerable time.
I’ve tried contacting them but have been ignored. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
I never received the free samples despite having paid the shipping costs, they started the subscription without giving me a chance to try the product and they refuse to give me a refund, I am also sure that I will never even receive the first "order" I "paid for".....Don't be stupid like me, forget it!

I would avoid at all cost. I have ordered a free sample and paid by paypal for the postage. The package has never arrived and in addition they have taken additional £58 of my paypal account - apparently pre approved payment - which I never agreed to. Wrote an email with no respond. I have raised this with Paypal and cancelled further payments. Low standarts of tricking people in payments for the product that never arrived. Avoid!! Scam!!
Low standards

I waited 2 months for my second box before they refunded me after lots of emails chasing them (the box never did arrive). I wasn't sure of any benefit from the first box but there's literally no point continuing if the benefits are meant to be accumulative - it would be like starting again each time if it continues to take so long to arrive. Also, they have some very dodgy marketing practices. They offer massive discounts for positive reviews (which may explain the 5 star reviews on here, I dunno). Also, if you want to give them a go, get yourself a discount by simply trying to cancel. Not only does it take about 8 clicks to finally cancel (with them asking if you're sure) but they give you better and better discounts to stay, which frankly is an insult to their regular loyal customers. The more loyal you are the more you pay! I've given them 2 stars simply because I can't say for certain the product doesn't work; I wasn't able to try it long enough to find out. But my advice to Cogniora if they're reading this - if you truly believe in your product, ditch the pushy and dubious marketing techniques and just sell it normally!

Herbs work but you have to get through two payments before your first order arrives. I’ll be cancelling for this reason. Waiting three weeks and it’s not even dispatched yet. They want to charge me for another month next week!! Not fair, I want a refund and to cancel going forwards.
Products useless if it doesn’t arrive and it’s overpriced anyway.

SCAM. I paid postage for a fee trial. Only to then have my account debited for a rolling subscription which I never agreed to. It is lengthy process to then cancel the 'subscription' and they are not willing to issue a refund even thou the pills are yet to be dispatched. SCAM

They offer a "5-day FREE SAMPLE PACK" on facebook, it takes you directly to a survey, there is no mention of subscription all the way through the survey or when inputting your details and they ask for £2.95 postage.
When you go through the paypal transaction to pay them the postage you actually give them permission to take as much money as they like. When they like.
After 2 months when you've forgotten about it all they take £50+ with no warning.
On top of this if you tell paypal it's an unauthorized payment, paypal only looks at their homepage, which you never see as the facebook ad skips their homepage! and then paypal tell you its your fault for not seeing the subscription messages on their homepage.
I’m going to be sending details of this website and their practice to action fraud. Also contacting ombudsman about paypal allowing this to happen.
Call your bank and report that you've fallen for a scam. They should return the money.
Also lost trust in paypal for allowing this to happen!
I ordered by mistake a 3 month subscription as the website was a bit misleading. Within 5 minutes i had emailed them saying can i cancel the order. I was replied saying it cannot be cancelled due to it will of started production of my personal tablets. I accepted this.
I am not still waiting 14 days later on this order that was “ supposed “ not to be possible to cancel.

I have created this account because my experience with these people has been shocking. As many others from what I've read
- they repack the capsules: they put them in single plastic packs (obviously non recyclable) - thats what they mean by "personalised" additionally one of the capsules is disintegrating inside their plastic envelope.
Their web design is craftily arranged to conceal the fact that it is a subscription (highly overpriced, if you spend the £50 + that they are charging in siilar products you can get 6 month's supply)
The charge won't show in your account until it's too late to cancel and then "can't cancel" because it's "personalised" I.e. covered in an insane amount of unnecessary plastic.
This kind of business model is a disgrace and I wish I had read the reviews before commiting.

The tablets / pods have no effect after a week.
Plus do not fall for their 'free tester' you'll be charged £60 before you know it for a months worth of these worthless pills... that's if you ever receive them.
Rude company and daylight robbery
