My insurance company's windscreen repairer is National Windscreens. After I showed them where to get a windscreen bespoke made for my classic car they then said they didn't think they needed to replace the rubber, but on referring to the insurers they agreed to and asked me where to get it. I gave them Baines' details and left them to it. Over a month later on the 2nd January they told me they still didn't haave it, so I rang Baines, explained the situation and was told that Nationwide had ordered it a month after agreeing to, on the day before Christmas holiday, and that they had ordered ONE METRE of it, and no filler insert! They reordered the next week 3 metres and when the fitter came he agreed straight awaay it was not enough and he would go away and come back with 4 1/2 metres and filler strip. When he came back and fitted it, he hadn't been allowed to order filler and reusing the old has spoiled the job, so I have now ordered it personally to make a good job. SORRY, BAINES, for recommending such a useless customer to you, though you have got repeat orders out of it, and you have behaved with tact, promptness and helpfulness throughout!

The extrusion was of a semi rigid composition and coiled in such a manner as to distort the profile and make fitting a nightmare I’ve used several edge profiles and never had this problem before.

From the phonecall with George who was an absolute gentleman, to the company, It was a pleasure to do buisness with them. I ordered some knock on furniture trim and because I lived near to their depot, they arranged for me to pick my order up. There was a slight mix up in sizes but George sorted over the phone and within 24 hours, the items were swapped via DHL.. This company and its staff are first class and I cant reccommend them highly enough. Thank you COH Baines, I shall use you again.

We ordered a Hardi fuel pump we had previously had difficult sourcing, COH Baines held stock and delivered the pump promptly, it was well packed and they sent me order confirmation and invoice by e-mail. Five stars well deserved.

My son is a Caravan Engineer and uses this company for supplies of window seals and inserts.I found that they also do various seals and hoses for classic cars.I needed some heater drains for my classic car and found that they had them in stock.
Ordered and delivered within three days and at reasonable cost.Communication was great with the company and the courier and I was delighted with the service.

Delivery earlier than I expected! I ordered it over the xmas new year period. So wasnt expecting delivery until the seecond week in January. However, it came by the 4th Jan. Easy fitting. Although I was converting from the later wire diaphram to this earlier rubber type. Only had to drill a few 3mm holes in the seat frame to line up with the hook locations.

Thank you so much, the sample you sent arrived first thing this morning, and the trim fits beautifully. I cannot thank you enough for such a superb service and exceptional help from you. This is the finest service I have ever encountered even though I have approached many companies, including Elddis for help with the problems I have with my 27 year old motorhome.
