Excellent. There isn't much to be unhappy about. They are striving to be the greatest in their area, and I am confident that they will achieve their goals. Furthermore, they are quite helpful and will immediately address any questions or issues you may have.

I agree with most of the people in this room they did block me out of my account. There was a message that came up when I logged on the other day. Saying I have 5 days to withdraw all my coins using the send button. So I transferred some of my crypto to anther wallet and everything was ok. But when I went back a couple days later it said that I was blocked from sending the rest that I didn’t send. So I contacted the support and all they had to do is verify my identity and I was able to transfer/withdraw the rest and send it to my new wallet. I thought it was over for my 5k+. But thank God they did come thru rather quickly. I sent them a message late night around 11. I got a message early morning explaining the steps I needed to take to get my money. Hope this helps.

Recently downloaded this crypto app as it was highly recommended in the App Store.. I eventually read all the bad reviews and managed to move to another wallet. You must convert your crypto into Bitcoin on coinbox that was the only way I could transfer it to another wallet and it worked.

Watch out. This is a big scam. Once they have your money, it's gone. You can 't withdraw it.
In a mail they replied: We are currently implementing improvements to the Coinbox app.
Normally this takes a few hours.
With Coinbox it takes several weeks.
Now the app has disappeared in the Playstore.

This app in Apple was rated high in 2020 and was my issue when I downloaded and used the app. So far, when I try to move my bitcoin to a different address it is blocked. No reply from the coinbox Jake helpline. This should have never been a highly rated app on Apple and looks like it is taken down, but this sucks. It is a scam!!!

Absolute scam. I deposited my life savings 0.245 bitcoin and they then action blocked my account and no one is replying to my emails. Complete scam guys please don't fall for it I am sitting here crying as I've lost everything I've ever worked for

COINBOX IS A HUGE SCAM APP, THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF MY BTC WORTH $8,000, THEY ASKED ME TO PROVIDE ID FIRST, I DID THAT AND AFTER VERIFYING MY ACCOUNT, THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS.
I CONTACTED THEM WITH ANOTHER EMAIL AND AS SOON AS THEY KNEW IT WAS ME, THEY STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAILS AGAIN, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT NUMBER OR ANY OFFICIAL ADDRESS.
TO TOP IT ALL UP, I TRACED RECENT TRANSACTIONS ON MY WALLET ADDRESS AND FOUND OUT THEY HAVE BEEN USING MY WALLET TO SEND OUT COINS TO OTHER WALLETS!!!! I WISH I COULD PROVIDE SCREENSHOTS AS PROOF.
DO NOT USE THEM!! NOT ALL APPS ON PLAY STORE ARE LEGIT!!
AND GOOGLE ISN'T DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THESE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!

I have multiple wallets and this was the Scam of all swindles when it comes to buying
never ever deal with them

BAD BAD BAD Experience

Guys I just got scammed by this people and los $60.000 all my saving of a life time of hard work and I don’t know what to do, I transfer my funds to another platform and funds never made to its destination, I have sent several requests with out any response.

My wife and I had a similar experience via Moonpay and Coinbox. Never were we advised when we deposited our money with them, that they only deal with the European union. We have been trying to withdraw our money without any success. It leave us no doubt that, like the others, we have been scammed.

I wish I would have seen this page with reviews on CoinBox before I made the mistake of investing money in Crypto with them. Now that I want to cash out, I can't. It seems that I can only deposit money through MoonPay, but when it comes to withdrawing funds, Moonpay is not helpful, and when I asked CoinBox what app I can use to sell my USDC to dollars so I can transfer them to my account this is what they replied to me in email:

USDC is still just another type of cryptocurrency so it's still not considered selling if you convert your tokens into it. You would need to sell the cryptocurrency to convert them into regular currency like USD or GBP.

Since the sell option for our app is only available for users from the European Union as of this time, you can transfer your tokens to a different service which would allow you to sell them. We, unfortunately, won't be able to make any recommendation as we're not affiliated with any other wallet service but you can try searching online.

Has anybody had any luck in getting their US Dollars back into their bank account? If so, please let me know how you did it.

Likewise, if you contacted any Federal agencies with any luck also please let me know. I'm poor and invested my life savings in the hopes of making a little profit and cannot afford to lose out on the funds.

Any help in retrieving my money would be appreciated.

Not even sure if this is the right coinbox since there's multiple "coinbox" companies listed on trust pilot. Anyway on to the review.

A lot of other reviews seem to think the coinbox app is a scam but I'm not 100% sure. They use the moonpay crypto currency backend & unlike a lot of other crypto exchanges don't require verification with passports or driving licence to use or pay in & cash out crypto currency. The service is quick & simple but the processing & network fees are a lot at least £3-4 each as far as I can tell which potentially eats into your profits.

My biggest problem is I don't know how much of my review applies to the coinbox app itself as opposed to the moonpay backend that's used for processing the transactions. 🤷🏿‍♂️

DO NOT USE. They do not provide a back up a 12 word password like other apps do.

I invested 2k and they shut me out and now can't access my BTC, ETH or XRP.

I am not sure how they are still on the app store. they have many fake reviews. total shamble company and the developer 'Polehin Ltd' has a history of scam reviews. Their website has a domain proxy server so they cannot be traced.

I am in contact with very senior specialists at apple to have this app removed.

PS - I also found my ETH address so I can traced a transaction and the account it went too has over 52,800 transactions and over $17m total in received money. They are a huge MASS SCAMMER. Stay away!!!!!

Hi guys, I was scammed by these people out of a considerable amount. I have submitted my claim to a website that will attempt to reclaim the crypto but they have informed me that there will be a higher chance if more people submit claims.
