Excellent Service
I set up this account as a conduit to transfer funds to and from an investment broker. I was contacted by Phil, one of support team at CoinCorner who were concerned that an attempt was being made to defraud me. He blocked my account, talked me through the `Change of Password' procedure and set up an additional security process to safeguard my funds.
I felt that the help and advice received was first class.

I’ve been locked out of my Coin Corner…
I’ve been locked out of my Coin Corner account for weeks now. I have sent every piece of information requested, Coin Corner have confirmed that the documents are verified, yet every time I login it asks me for another document. One that has already been sent and verified by them. I have tried to access by different browsers, but the same issue arises. I’m told by customer services it is with their IT department. This should be a simple issue to fix. I’m beginning to think that something is amiss here?

Great Customer Service Experience
My boyfriend sent me money to my CoinCorner account as a surprise, not knowing that I can only receive money from a bank account under my name.
CoinCorner had to return the money to his bank (Revolute) but they did not accept it back. The money kept going back and forth between them for over a month... During that time Ross, one of CoinCorner's agents was SUPER helpful. He kept me updated about the process, answered my endless emails, was patient and professional and finally solved the issue.
I can say with total honesty that if it hadn't been for Ross's great customer service, I would have probably closed my account.
Thanks again Ross for dealing with my emails for a month, and solving the issue.
