They forced me to do KYC and do EDD. While i was only using it because under the 10k no such thing was needed. Just to let everyone know they do it for extremely small amounts, not for 50k or 100k.. No for 2000 usdt😂

The lady was kinda helpful but she told me I only exist in the digital world not the real one and that I needed to have $50,000! In the bank before I could be verified with them I have all my personal information so there is NO Reason whatsoever that I cannot be verified I don't know what is going on But for that they only get a 3 from and I want to make it a 2 an half stars and that's too much I believe we did spend an hour going thru things and I don't like that you have to share your screen with them.

Be careful with sending your money to this exchange!
if you send crypto to this exchange via wrong network they will not help. I'm sure if they want to help they can but they don't want.
As an crypto exchange they MUST provide a solution for those issues but the only thing that they say is that SORRY WE CAN'T HELP YOU!

Dishonest and useless
I can't access my account from a UK IP because of some absolute garbage error message. Their so-called customer service is a complete scam—it doesn’t exist! My money is gone, and no one is there to help. I even tried logging in from Spain, and guess what? The same pathetic nonsense! This company is a bunch of dishonest thieves. Stay far away unless you want to be robbed blind!

I recently encountered a frustrating issue with CoinEx when I accidentally sent the wrong token to my account. The token was wETH, a well-known and widely supported cryptocurrency across major exchanges. Despite this, CoinEx's support team was unhelpful and unresponsive.
When I reached out to them for assistance in recovering my funds, they informed me that I would need to pay a fee for their "effort and labor." This response was not only unprofessional but also demonstrated a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It seemed that their primary focus was on generating revenue rather than providing quality service.
The lack of responsiveness from CoinEx on platforms like TrustPilot further highlights their disregard for customer feedback and concerns. As a financial service provider, it is essential to prioritize customer comfort and satisfaction, which CoinEx clearly failed to do in my case.
