I had a pile of silver to sell I had bought in the early 2000's and I managed to locate Coinfully by searching on the Internet. I had never hear of them before so I was concerned I was doing the right thing. They sent me money wire information, and checking with my bank, my bank assured me nothing could go wrong for me with this wire info since the bank had a special routing number for it. So I agreed to have a Coinfully agent come to me to verify the silver and complete the transaction. He showed up with equipment to process my silver, and when verified, contacted his office to send the money. This was at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon, and by 5:00 the money was in my bank account! The whole experience was very pleasant and professional.

Their representative Matt came to our home and spent hours going through each individual piece in our collection. He was extremely knowledgeable, personal, and professional. At the end he presented and explained his valuation and offer. Incredibly it was almost exactly what I thought things were worth. Once we agreed I had confirmation from my bank within 15 minutes that the money was there. Thank you for taking away all stress related to this. I would give them six stars if I could. Definitely a safe and secure service.

I sent pics of 1936-40 proof sets. They said "the value of these coins would total about $196." I then called a coin shop in Phoenix and their estimate for the 1936 set only was about $4k. Am I missing something here?

For me, the honesty and transparency really were impressive. With so much deception online, as a senior, I was a bit dubious. However, from start to finish, they kept in contact, provided quick service and offered a better price than anyone locally. Finally, this senior cashed her first e-check with no problem whatsoever. Honest, fair, friendly. My kind of company.

Coinfully was a pleasure to work with. After reaching out to them online, they called and had a personal conversation with me. Based on some pictures that I sent and our conversation, they came to my house to evaluate my collection personally. During the visit, they were very helpful in informing me about my coins and what they were looking at specifically. At the end of the visit (about 3 hours), they gave me a detailed evaluation and value of the collection, and made me a very fair offer for the collection.

One coin in particular they separated out for grading. This coin was not included in the initial evaluation. They sent it out for grading. When it came back as authentic and with a grade, they clearly explained my options (auction, hold on to it, or they would buy it). Again, they gave me a very fair price that they would buy it at.

Overall, I was impressed with how responsive and helpful Coinfully was in helping me understand my collection. They were extremely professional, and communicated with me (email, phone, in person) throughout the entire process of evaluating my collection. Mathew was the person that I interacted with from the start, and he was a pleasure to work with.
