How truthful are the negative feedbacks
I’d like to know how much truth in all the negative feedbacks I’m seeing here. I live in Alberta, and I don’t want to deal with eastern provinces app. So, looking at all the recent feedbacks more are negative than there are positive. CoinMama suspended their affiliate…
CoinMama suspended their affiliate program without warning. They claim to have "lifetime" commissions for referrals, but all of a sudden partners like me cannot even log in! I made hundreds of referrals for CoinMama. It's not just me too. They kicked everyone out without notice. I thought maybe it was a bug so I emailed them and waited patiently. They ignored my email about it too. They are too unserious and should not be trusted.
UPDATE JANUARY 2025:
My original review was from May 2024. I even waited a while before posting my original review to give them time. Their affiliate program just went down with no warning for EVERYONE. The login page entirely disappeared and they gave no support on the matter. Now, it's the end of January 2025 and they are finally getting around to a new affiliate program and replying to my review. They are so incompetent that it takes them several months to address the issue. Also, this has nothing to do with a missed email. Actually, Coinmama never replied to me about the issue! So they are trying to deflect here. All their affiliates lost a lot of time, effort, and commissions because of their negligence and incompetence.

Great until today
Everything had been great. Today they took money from my account and didn’t complete transaction. They said I needed verification and my account is disabled. So why take money if my account is disabled. And I’ve used them for dozens of transactions. So they say 1-3 business days for refund. So my money is gone for entire weekend.

Quick and painless
Quick and painless transaction once you get past the initial verification process. Fees are a little higher than some services I have used in the past, but still much less than using a Bitcoin ATM. Bitcoin was in my wallet and confirmed in less than 30 minutes, but that could depend on how heavy the traffic is at any given time. I will definitely use them again.

Used them many times in the past. This time the website said "failed transaction". I used the chat feature and they said it was a security concern, but they would not tell me what it was. Basically said "tough luck". Been a loyal customer for years. Used another service with no issues.
