I am using Coinmate approximately 2 months now. It works fine without any problems. Also support in Czech language is helpful and fast. But I am missing mobile app for Android in order to check daily graphs easily. It would be also perfect to find bitcoin daily graphs on trading view for your exchange. Do you plan such integration?

Great and simple UI
Great and simple UI. Very low fees (trading and transactional fees also - 1 usd for withdrawal is a joke). A lot of ways how to deposit or withdraw money. Best option for people from CZ!

I'm using Coinmate for about 4 years…
I'm using Coinmate for about 4 years now and no big issues. There could be a slightly lower fees and higher liquidity, but it's still reasonable. On the technical part it's actually a lot better than other larger exchange I'm using, there were some technical issues on that other exchange especially with API during recent rapid fall of price, but Coinmate still worked well. Recently Coinmate informed about delisting BCH which forced me to adjust my portfolio and plans, I don't really see need for delisting, but at least they inform about these things in advance. So, overall I'm quite satisfied with Coinmate as it is, but there is still some room for improvement.

BCH will be delisted as one of the least used token on Coinmate currently. With that, the other trading pairs will get higher liquidity as the trading will move there.

I am already more than 5 years using the coinmate platform and despite the difficulties it faced in the past (brexit, financial regulations, etc.) I never had an issue when disposing with my finances. I appreciate that new services are adopted after proper testing. I appreciate very much the recent possibility of regular automated trading (DCA bot).

The trading itself is OK.
The KYC is mandatory (OK nowadays this is quite a standard for FIAT operations almost everywhere).
Completing the KYC will NOT remove the 1k€/month limit. You need to prove your incomes which means providing a lot of personal information like your complete bank account statement. I did not see such request anywhere else.
This guys are quite greedy for your personal data. When sending FIAT to your trading account, there is a nasty catch hidden in the easy payment - by logging in you will provide unlimited examining access into your bank account to them. This probably works just with some banks which support granting such access.
Be careful and chose different type of payment if you don't want this.

In case the KYC is filled in in detail, we don't request any additional info. The checkup as itself is a mandatory AML process.
Regarding the bank account access, it is applied only on the side of the payment gateway solely for the purpose of making the process as fast as possible. No account details or access are provided to any 3rd parties. There are two options for CZK deposits, one of those using this type of payment, the second one dose not. So you can choose the one that fits your preferences.
