My experience was made great because of the fast communication between us. The wait time was tolerable and gave me time to brush up on my mining information essentials. The hardest part for me was getting a wire transfer from my bank, my first time. I didn't have to pay any duty fees either, causing delays. That was truly a plus. Thank you Coin Mining Central.

Only problem I had was the QR code I was supposed to scan for setting up the miner never took me to the correct place to setup my miner. (WeChat)

MiniDOGEiii+ DOA. Required direct payment of USDT so no recourse if you run into issues. Shipped from Hong Kong from a UK website to an Australian address with a UK power adapter so I'm not sure wat the point of asking which country I'm in was since that info is supplied for shipping and wasn't used for product selection. Luckily it's just a kettle cord and the PSU has automatic variable voltage input(120-250v), not that it mattered since the hash board was dead on arrival. Currently in the process of trying to return it but as you can imagine the reseller isn't too interested and is trying to fob me of to the manufacturer.

All units we ship are tested by the manufacturer before unit release to us. In the event of a malfunction (such as a dead hash board), our policy, which is also stated clearly on our website, follows direct manufacturer warranty support. This is standard across the industry for crypto mining hardware. We assist customers with warranty submissions when needed, and do not offer returns or exchanges ourselves for used or sealed equipment, in accordance with our no-returns policy which is clearly stated at checkout. Once a unit has been delivered and confirmed as faulty, it becomes the manufacturer’s responsibility to provide a resolution under the terms of their warranty.
Also stated on our Policy - Power cords are not always included, and when they are, they come by default from the manufacturer, usually with a standard (often CN or UK) plug. While we always ask for the delivery country, this is used for shipping and import documentation, and not for customizing the miner’s contents, especially as power supplies are usually auto-voltage compatible, as in your case.
We operate globally and, to streamline dispatch, we ship directly from our warehouses, which are located in Hong Kong, Mainland China, or Europe. This helps us to offer better prices.
We do take your concerns seriously and have been working to assist with your warranty issue. If you feel there is anything else we can do to support your case with the manufacturer, please don’t hesitate to contact us again via email.

We’re glad you received your miner and appreciate your feedback about its condition, however as your ordered unit was a refurbished unit, this would have been the condition it would have come from the manufacturer after it was refurbished.
Regarding the power cables, we understand your concern. To clarify, as noted in our FAQ, all miners are shipped with their original Chinese power cables only. For safety reasons, these are not included when shipping outside of China, as they are not suitable for use in other regions. We recommend purchasing a compatible cable locally, which can be found easily online or at most electronics stores.
