Activated Free Trial. At end of the trial, stopped using CoinPanel. CoinPanel charged subscription fee 1 month later. Attempted to cancel subscription. CoinPanel ignored email. Attempted to cancel subscription again. CoinPanel ignored email again.
CoinPanel charged for 10 more months (over $300!) since initial request to cancel subscription.
Attempted to cancel subscription again. CoinPanel finally responded that subscription was cancelled.
CoinPanel refused to refund any of the $300+ in subscription charges made AFTER the multiple attempts to cancel the subscription. I would understand if CoinPanel did not refund the first charge as this was before any cancellation requests, but the 10 subsequent charges were made in bad faith.
EDIT based on CoinPanel’s existing and deleted replies:
In response to my review, CoinPanel publicly falsely accused me of opening multiple accounts to use the Free Trial with no evidence. As I sold all my cryptocurrency in December 2021, I had no use for CoinPanel beyond the Trial. When I provided proof and CoinPanel realized they had made a false accusation, they deleted their response and replaced it with a new one.
In their new response they blamed me for contacting the wrong email address. Even though they admitted that they monitor and respond to that email address, since it is not their support email address, they decided to repeatedly ignore my requests to cancel my subscription instead of transferring me to support.
In CoinPanel’s latest response they claim that the reason they repeatedly ignored my emails was because they DO NOT respond to emails which do not belong to existing accounts for “security reasons”. This is yet another lie because when they finally responded to my email, I was actually not using my CoinPanel account email.
CoinPanel has demonstrated that they will repeatedly lie to transfer the blame to their customers instead of accepting responsibility. They even submitted a request to TrustPilot in an attempt to remove this review (TrustPilot denied the request after I submitted evidence). Do you really want to trust a company which tries to bury their mistakes instead of owning up to them?
At every possible step CoinPanel has exhibited their lack of professionalism. This is the last place you should entrust your hard-earned money.

I use CoinPanel for almost 1 year already. And I also tried few other automation platforms and desktop applications, but somehow CoinPanel is my Favorite!
So far there were 2 issues.
At the very beginning my credit card was charged 2 times. I wrote to support, provided screenshots from my bank and they refunded me.
Charts for KuCoin sometimes show me only one Candle, switching time frame fixes the problem. Support explained to me that KuCoin is special and imposes various limits on their price data and I was assured this issue will be resolved.
Apart from that, my experience is very positive. I have a lot of small deposits on various exchanges (more than 10) and I really don't feel like logging myself on them (passing all of those security steps - mail, password, 2fa, code sent to e-mail, captcha) to simply check my current balance and execution of some limit orders that I placed long time ago. I used to be doing it everyday before and it took me quite some time. When I started to use CoinPanel my habits has drastically changed. I can have all necessary data infront of my eyes with only 2 clicks. My morning coffee isn't ready while I already know the state of my deposits.
Their Global Portfolio feature is a huge, huge time saver for me! And so far, it's the only mobile app related to crypto that I installed on my phone.
Another great feature is wathclists, I simply added those trading pairs that I'm working with on different exchanges and now I can monitor their prices without moving to any other site (before I used to be having a market tab open for every exchange and switch through to check most recent prices).
Finally, I greatly appreciate their Stop-Limit orders, that allow me to place an order for desired pair, but keep the deposit unlocked. That is a very unique feature that has swithced my trading mind. I can have only 1000$ on a deposit, but place 2 (or more orders), each for 1000$ and the price that comes first will be executed. Like I can place an order to buy 0.1 BTC at price of 10000 and at the same time place another order to buy 1 ETH at price of 1000. And if Bitcoin falls faster I will buy it, if Ethereum price drops earlier, I'll get Ether. Think of it! IMO it's simply awesome. Using this feature alone I made more than the whole year of subscription cost me.
The only thing I'm dreaming of - please add support for Kraken! It deserves being added. And I see you have it in your "coming soon", I just want it to be sooner.
And be great if you can finally fix those charts for KuCoin.

this tool mades my life easier...and the price is very cheap for a trader...i have binance and bybit account and those ones connected directly to the coinpanel platform...so i can use their chart and i can draw on that chart then i can share it to my telegram trading group...and all these happen in one platform...how cool is that...

Me and my husband are using this powerful platform for a year now...I think its simple and easy...so if you don't know how to deal with different exchanges...this platform is totally for you...several exchanges in one place...

I've heard about this company where I could trade using multiple exchanges through API integrations.
I've tested it out and it worked well! There is some delay on placing orders but it seems pretty good, it works!
In addition, I could experiment one of those trades called Full trade, where I could place multiple orders and the nice thing is that the order is only placed when the market reached the value! More money available!! Very clever idea.
Of course, some delays but when I saw that the company is pretty new, I am expecting to see a lot come in the next few months.
Paying $29/month where you could have everything in one place seems a pretty good choice.

It's for sure the worst app I have ever used. It's not working properly even the paid version! The app didn't execute my stop-loss orders and damaged my trading. Their team is very unprofessional and impolite and didn't accept the responsibility. I even talked to their top manager and unfortunately he wasn't better than his employees.
I joined Coinpanel a few months ago, thinking it was a good way to place full trades and relax. One day, I decided to switch from paying monthly with my card, to paying with crypto. I paid a full year in crypto to Coinpanel, but they kept trying to charge my card. Support seemed oblivious, and every time I had to speak to anyone, I had to re-attach screenshots of everything all over again.
Support kept saying that maybe I had two subscriptions with 2 different emails, which I did not. They said they fixed the issue. After they "fixed" the issue, I noticed that first the type of orders I could place became limited for a while, then, that all my orders were gone. Meanwhile, a market crash happened and all my stop losses were gone. Causing my portfolio to suffer even though I did all the work.
I contacted support again to ask where all my orders went. They "escalated" my case to a manager, supposedly. Manager kept stalling and promising my orders would be back, which they weren't and eventually stopped replying for my requests for reimbursement.
NOT RECOMMENDED. WEBSITE scammy at worst, unprofessional at best. Not a safe site to use.
