CoinPayments is a broken
CoinPayments is a broken, insecure, and irresponsible platform. We integrated it exactly as documented, even using the Laravel module they themselves recommend. Yet a buyer manipulated the checkout amount and paid just $1.50 for a $500 product, and their system still marked the payment as “Completed.”
This is not a mistake on our side — it is a critical design flaw in their system. Their documentation never made amount/currency verification mandatory, their official sample module doesn’t validate totals.
When we reported this, support refused to take responsibility, twisted words, and made every excuse possible to avoid refunding us. Instead of protecting merchants, they shift blame and hide behind weak documentation.
CoinPayments knowingly runs an unsafe, exploitable payment system and then abandons merchants who lose money because of it. That is fraud by negligence. We have now separated from them.

My dealings with them resulted in an error in sending the money. They asked me to send the gas fee, which I sent, and it was very high. They did not refund the money.

The transaction was sent exactly to the address you supplied, and because blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, the funds were unfortunately lost on-chain.
Additionally, the gas fee you requested was also sent as instructed. However, since the wallet information you provided was incorrect, the refund could not be completed and no recovery is possible.
We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but the responsibility for providing a correct and valid wallet address rests with the recipient. We have fulfilled all actions requested based on the information you supplied.

Wanned make an order at Zamnesia and got a Problem with my Crypto payment what is Coinpayments fault cause they didint wrote out on their site the cryto needs runs on its own chain . It did went through but order was not marked as "paid" thorugh that even tho it was paid immediantly in time and i lost my money now because of that because this retarded support is not capable to understand that i want to get this order so im obviosly the guy who ordered it... they want some screen recording from me and i dont wanna give em cause i gave them more than enough evidence. So all in all support is very fast but either they wanna annoy people or they are retarded and only because they didint wrote out that coins need run on their own chain 1/5 stars . Whould give 0 if i could .
