They are the best. Unlike Coinbase which doesn't even reply, they fix all your problems. The support is fast unlike other wallets like coinbase (doesn't reply) and spectrocoin.

Exceptional Support and Swift Resolution

I received a response within five minutes of sending my initial email, and the entire exchange took no more than 15 minutes. Within three hours, my cryptocurrency was successfully restored to my wallet. The customer support representative I interacted with was exceptionally helpful and courteous, taking the time to explain what had gone wrong and how I could avoid the issue in the future. This was truly one of the best customer support experiences I've ever had.

The recovery price of the funds was higher than the funds recovered. In my case it was not profitable to make the recovery.

Thanks for your feedback, we understand how frustrating that must have been.

When sending crypto, it’s really important to double-check that the funds are sent on the correct network. Sending on the wrong network can lead to your funds being unrecoverable or requiring manual recovery, which is a complex and time-consuming process that often comes with a fee.

In your case, we understand that the recovery fee ended up being higher than the amount that could be recovered, which unfortunately made it not worthwhile. We get how disappointing that is, and we’re actively working on making our network guidance and warnings more visible during the payment process to help avoid this kind of situation in the future.

If you have any remaining concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team, we’re always here to help as best we can.

Idea good, company scammy :(

Cool thing is the possibility to pay with a lot of coins, but as a lot of the comments here, I also got scammed by them.

Got a mail from them "You have a refund of 0.00074000 BTC available for transaction CPJF5..."
ok, took the refund (that's roughly 70€ atm), but they only send 0.00054 BTC. Thats a 20€ difference.

Opening a support ticket only resulted in them trying to trick me into believing that those 20€ are "miner fees for the blockchain network". After looking onto the transaction I can see that the actual miner fee is a tenth of that 0.00002 BTC (roughly 2€).
Nowhere in the refund mail or on the refund page was anything mentioned from a fee they charge.

So I reordered and the purchase now cost me 90€ instead of 70€ because of them, so I guess in future I'd stick with fiat, when I see their name as payment company and I'd advise you to do the same.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the wide range of coins we support, but we’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with the refund process.

To clarify: when issuing refunds, a portion of the difference you noticed is related to network fees, but there may also be additional processing or handling fees depending on the transaction type and the payment method used. That said, we understand this wasn’t clearly communicated in the refund email, and we agree, transparency is important.

We're currently working to improve both the clarity of our refund messages and the overall experience on our newly launched platform, which now offers lower internal fees and faster transactions.

We appreciate you pointing this out and hope you’ll consider giving us another shot in the future.

Beware of Expired Payments Trap.

I paid 70.62 USDT via CoinPayments for a VPN service. The payment was confirmed on the blockchain, but CoinPayments marked the invoice as expired and canceled the transaction.
They offered a refund, but only via ERC20 — which would cost over $50 in gas fees. I asked them to either forward the funds to the merchant (X-VPN) or refund via a cheaper network like TRC20, but both requests were denied.
Interestingly, when I made the payment, I only paid ~$0.80 in gas fees. But now, getting my money back costs more than 70% of the original amount. This is because CoinPayments uses a much more expensive method for refunds and doesn’t allow any flexibility.
The merchant also refused to help and told me to get the money back from CoinPayments.
So now I’m stuck: my funds are with CoinPayments, but recovering them would cost nearly the same as what I paid. Their system punishes users for small delays and offers no reasonable solution. Very disappointing.

Unprofessional support

Their support hasn't provided any response to my question, they only sent scripts, promised to get back to me asap and then simply closed the ticket. Unbelievable unprofessionalism!

Closing My Account Because They Can't Help Me

I recently attempted to purchase BTC, which I have done before successfully through them but now they have a new platform that I was encouraged to sign up to with "improved service." You can continue to use their "legacy" platform until they revoke their old platform. I thought I'd sign up and I did, and validated my personal information and id successfully. I then attempted to transfer my old account to the new but was surprised to find out that it would cost me $14 US to do so for fees. Hang on ... this is from their old system to the new ... I shouldn't have to pay. So I opened a ticket and was told ... yeah but you have to pay. Ok so I thought I'd use the old system again to make my purchase of BTC. I need to pay a provider every 2 yrs that prefers and provides a discount if you use bitcoin. Well ... I had to verify the old account again to tighten up security. I used the same documents as the new account but it fails. I opened up a ticket and several people dutifully attempted to help but still no luck. I suspect it is because I initially opened up the account using an email that I no longer use. I have updated the account info to use the new, serveral months ago but I suspect it is referencing the old. No one has actually told me this, it is just my suspicion. This morning I received this...

Well that told me. So I lose about $50 Cdn which I had sitting in BTC there. I can't transfer it because I can't verify it. This company is someone to stay away from unless you want to
