Don't Waste Your Money

Don't bring your hard-earned cash to this table. Play the freerolls to get an idea of how the hands play out. The pairs on the board are nearly constant, which messes with your draw hands. What's equally surprising is how seldom players benefit from them. You actually see more full houses than straights or flushes. I'm guessing it's a strategy to get everyone to play longer and favor weaker players, and thereby keep the rake healthy. Whatever the case, I would never bet one dime on any games on this site because of it. It bears no similarity to live game action.

Hello Russel,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns, and we’d like to address them directly. While it may feel like certain patterns such as more full houses than straights or flushes are unusual, this is purely the result of variance, which is a natural and unpredictable part of poker. Over time, the outcomes balance out, even if certain sessions seem to stand out.

We want to assure you that CoinPoker is not designed to favor specific players or artificially prolong games. Our decentralized random number generation (RNG) system ensures that every shuffle is fair and transparent. The RNG uses inputs from all players at the table to create the shuffle, and this can be independently verified by anyone. You can read more about our RNG and fairness policies here: https://coinpoker.com/rng/.

We’re sorry to hear this has impacted your trust in the platform, but we can assure you that maintaining a fair playing environment for all our players is our top priority.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your feedback. Normally, deposits are seamless and appear in accounts within seconds. However, delays can happen if funds are sent from an unsupported network or currency. In such cases, it can take up to 3-5 business days for us to verify the details, recover the funds, and manually credit them to your account.

Regarding your concern about Discord, we want to clarify that while it’s a great place to connect with our community, it’s not the best channel to address account-specific issues like deposits. For such matters, our Customer Service team is better equipped to assist at coinpoker@support.com.

As for the ban, we sincerely apologize if it came across as unjustified. Moderation actions on Discord are based on community guidelines and could have been related to other factors. We encourage you to reach out to us directly if you’d like to discuss this further.

Thank you for your patience, and we hope this matter has already been resolved. If not, please get in touch with our team for further assistance.

Rakeback and deposit problems

Rake back, Chp can not be cashed out back to Fiat at the moment. You can only buy CHP through cashier and pay over price for it plus 5% exchange fee. Everytime CHP is used for rake you need to top up again ne you
You want cash out CHP so it's only value is earning more points in leader cards etc. It is merging to a new coin and has no dollar value at the moment.
Made last deposit and got stung by the site 5% or so when my gas fee was only pence.
No response from customer support for ages then they said its correct to lose 5% of your deposit everytime. I don't trust this site unfortunately so will stick to all the reputable sites.

Deposit deductions

Made a deposit of $2000 of BNB coin. The gas fee at the time was 0.40cents. The price of coin was stable and took a minute to recieve funds from when I sent from wallet. I ended up recieving 1900 dollars and got told this is normal. Beware depositing as they can deduct money and say it's normal due to fluctuations and gas.
Afterwards I contacted support and they said they would compensate with 2X 50 dollars tickets which they quickly withdrew this offer.
I planned to play here 2025 but will need to find an alternative now.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your concerns. As explained during our earlier communication, our conversion rates may differ from exchanges due to additional factors, including price fluctuations and processing considerations. Since we’re not an exchange, this is something to keep in mind. To provide full transparency, we include a disclaimer in our Cashier: "Using our deposit feature may result in a different USDT yield than when exchanged on the open market. This is because our formula takes into account multiple risk factors such as price fluctuations and service rates."

We understand this is not ideal, and therefore we recommend depositing directly in USDT to avoid any unfavorable conversion rates.

We also want to sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the 2x $50 tickets. This was a communication error on our part, and we take full responsibility for any disappointment it caused. We value your trust and regret this misstep.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify, and we hope you’ll consider playing with us again in the future.

Best regards,
CoinPoker

Definitely cheating

This may be even worse than I originally thought - Coinpokers RNG code logs the full deck out in plain text, in the order that the cards are to be dealt after the deck has been shuffled. They explicitly log the card ids (As, Ks, Qh, etc) IN THE ORDER THEY EXIST IN THE DECK.

Q: What does this mean?
A: They can easily see what cards will be dealt, in plain text, so that they can infer which players are going to get what cards based on seating.

Yes, they use seeds and hashing, but they also keep the card names in plain text in their logs!!! This is a HUGE security violation allowing employees with access to the logs (which probably go to an analytics platform like Datadog, in plain text) to see what hands players will have. This information can be used to cheat YOU.

Based on their code, this is what their logs may look like:

--------------------------------------------------------------------
HandId: 12345
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Initial hashed deck:
1. a1b2c3d4e5f67890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890
2. b2c3d4e5f67890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890a1
...
Seeds by seat index:
Seed Hex Representation Seed Text Representation
-1 1a2b3c4d5e6f7890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890 | ASCII: ................ (operator)
01 a1b2c3d4e5f67890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890 | ASCII: ................ (Player: Alice)
02 b2c3d4e5f67890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890a1 | ASCII: ................ (Player: Bob)

----------------------------------------------------------------
c3d4e5f67890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890abcdef1234567890a1 | combined

Shuffled hashed deck:
Card Hash Card Hex Representation (salt + card) Card Text Representation
1. d1e2f3a4b5c6d7e8f9a0b1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9e0f1a2b3c4d5e6f7a8b9c0d1e2 | H(1a2b3c4d5e6) | ASCII: .... - ok | As
2. e2f3a4b5c6d7e8f9a0b1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9e0f1a2b3c4d5e6f7a8b9c0d1e2f3 | H(2b3c4d5e6f7) | ASCII: .... - ok | Ah
3. f3a4b5c6d7e8f9a0b1c2d3e4f5a6b7c8d9e0f1a2b3c4d5e6f7a8b9c0d1e2f3a4 | H(3c4d5e6f7g8) | ASCII: .... - ok | Ks
...

And if Alice is in the first seat heads up against Bob, she may get As and he may get Ah, etc. This is bad and a huge security risk if not an exploit that they are using against their players, under the guise of transparency. There is absolutely NO REASON to keep the card values in plain text other than for humans to read it and cheat. Just search for their poker-decentralized-rng code on their Github and read through the logging code.

Worse Scam Than All The Others

Where do I begin?...There is so much to say. I know I'm going to forget a lot, but here's what I'll put out there off the top of my head. First, there is Proof of house/prop players on the site in online poker forums and reddit from a previous employee. Picture screenshot proof posted directly from the sites cashier. Look for it, it's not hard to find. And while we're on the topic of house/prop players, get use to playing them. Id guess more than half their small player pool is prop players. Now, they have a Scummy rng which they disguise as some new innovative technology. It's a joke, same as all the other sites. Quads in back to back hands earlier this week from a player who plays one table maybe 30 minutes a day. Quads are becoming so common they are giving Global Poker a run for their money. Oh and When you hit a set at the beginning of a session, play your pocket pair strong because more are coming! You will run extremely hot for one session for some reason all at ONCE..anyways all that other typical garbage you see on other sites happens here all the same as well. Ridiculous action flops, deposit boosts, yada yada yada...you all know how these rngs work. Also, typical seat scripting technology being allowed by the site even after my many complaints. Their customer service as a whole is absolutely terrible while on that topic. Nothing but absolute denial and copy and paste support messages when you have an issue. And don't be rude to them for not doing their job as they will retaliate like immature teenagers. Theres proof of that on the internet as well. Now, There are also such obvious and pathetic reviews left on this site and other sites by employees of coinpoker. And how about the currency problems, making you jump through hoops to convert their crap currency. They dont even allow you to convert it anymore on their site. This is all done in an effort to benefit from their very own joke CHP currency. They MAKE you purchase it for their rakeback system specifically designed for their own benefit. The whole site is as just as shady or even more so than the other unregulated sites. Don't trust them and if you decide to give them a try, listen to your instincts and run away.
