I use Coinrule for OKX and Binance Futures, it works fine. I tried to use other platform, but this one is much easier, and has a lot of indicators and pre-built strategies

I would not trust this company until they improve their customer service and more fully test their code. In the month I've been using them, I have discovered three errors in their code that prevented me from trading:
1. No USD wallet available for Kraken.
2. MACD was not properly calculating when it crossed from positive into negative territory.
3. A rule with five simple and clear conditions not executing.
In addition, their customer service seems to take very little initiative. I have sent very clear screen shots with data points highlighted and marked up, but they do not seem to understand. For instance, I had to resend one screen shot with the DTG of circled.
This company is not ready for prime time! I will not be renewing after my monthly subscription runs out.
Update: I've canceled my subscription early. The last straw came when I tried to sell all Shiba Inu on the Gemini exchange, but kept getting an error saying that I didn't have enough to sell. I had $40 worth. I had to sell directly on the exchange.

Impossible to make profit...trades do not open at MA crossover, they open well above when the price is about to turn and drop and sell well below the stop loss, also I tried UT bots with TV and of course the same thing, trades were not opening or closing at the buy and sell signals and were too late meaning you are at loss. It can only work IF the trade opens at exactly the intersection point of the crossover...I lost most trades because of it. But their explanation is very poor and they just don't seem to care as long as they get your overpriced subscription each month. They are happy to take your money and they are ok with their rules and trades that do not work and you loose money.

Very good! And well worth looking at, a little bit light on live examples (compared to other similar platforms), so my confidence took a while. Saying that, there is an excellent approach to risk, and plenty of templates to work on. Customer service is good, but could be better, and I'm sure will be better (in comparison to other platforms) ..Still gets an easy 4 because it is a top platform. Definitely worth the money and it works very well. So, well done I say!!

Excellent service, prompt to react

I reached out with a few issues and received an extremely helpful response. The efficiency and quality of the service made a significant difference. Highly recommended.

I've only been on the platform for one week and I think its good, however following an upgrade to the platform just a few days ago I now only have one rule to test under the free account - it was three rules a few days back. So, I'm now at the stage do I commit to a paid plan? Probably not. It would have been great to play (live) with the three rules but I'm not handing over cash, nor am I messing around with trial accounts. Good platform, shame they are quick to tie you into a paid plan.

A use to 6 minth dont work is a biggggg scam

Bots behave in an obscure, erratic way: rules trigger unexpectedly, or don't trigger when they should. Orders are not executed without a clear explanation that could help you tweak things.
So even if you backtest your strategy, it's completely skewed, and therefore pretty much useless.

There's no integrated backtesting feature; you have to go to TradingView to backtest strategies. And even then, as mentioned above, you can't rely on the backtesting results.

Support is there but I didn't always get actionable answers to specific questions.

Another thing to note is that Coinrule is significantly more expensive than a few of their competitors. There's a free plan, but it doesn't give you access to any really useful indicators.

The "If This Then That" UI is great, though. It's a shame the rest of the product is not (yet?) at the same level.

A robust platform for automated trades. If you know when the conditions are right for your trades, then Coinrule is very good for making sure that the trades occur without you having to watch over the charts. The Demo Exchange is good for testing as well, providing you understand its limitations. The support staff are great at helping you with any challenges that you have in the set up or with the outcomes.

Automated rules makes it so easy to trade crypto on Coinrule. Highly recommended.
